Olen on the tech in video below this post. The actual tech from the CBS Sports Network broadcast — literally as Chris Lewis and Pete Gillen are talking about how laid back Olen is — is here (not a high-quality computer screen recording, but you get the idea).

I agree. I also think this was a very good officiating crew. There's a reason there are Final Fours on their resume. But it was a crew that got two highly crucial calls wrong in the final 49.6 seconds of an overtime game that led directly to 3 pts for one team. That warrants asking a coach about the officiating. You see, asking someone a question about officiating, doesn't mean you hate refs. Or you don't know basketball. Or you don't understand how officials work. Good refs can play calls in critical times just like good coaches or good players or even good golfers can make mistakes in big moments and it doesn't mean you can't ask about it. I actually am one of the few people among those 14,600 in the Pit on Friday who thinks Verne Harris is very good at his job. But I'm also a little surprised you spend your Fridays watching Lobo games and your Saturday's looking for posts from people you don't follow about Lobo basketball. I know when I was an NMSU student, I wasn't nearly as obsessed with the Lobos as you are and I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to go tell the world my opinion in multiple X posts about a team I claim not to care about. But thanks for reply and for following along on the coverage.
