Sa Pinas ang batas hindi applicable sa rich and powerful. Kaya ang ordinaryong Pinoy kung pwede lusutan ang batas, lulusutan dahil di natin nakikita ang pantay-pantay na enforcement. For example: bukod sa bawal ang stobe lights sa civilian vehicles, yung MMDA pa sorry nang sorry.
