Now it turns out one of them, 21-year-old Tianrui Liang, an aeronautical engineering student at Glasgow University, was arrested at New York’s JFK airport on 7 April while flying back to Scotland to vote. He’s accused of illegally photographing sensitive US military aircraft, including “doomsday planes,” at strategic air bases.
