🐰 “Late-night snacks?” No, no, no. Now that I’m getting close to thirty, dieting doesn’t work like it used to. I’m not doing an especially strict diet right now though. Why? Because even though I’m working out, the amount of weight I can lift has dropped a lot. It honestly bummed me out, so for now I’m just trying to eat clean. 🐰 Today during PT, I worked on legs for the first time in a while, and I tried doing back squats again after a long time. I couldn’t even do ten reps at 80 kilos… it was shocking. Leg day really is a battle against the world, haha. Anyway, I started running again, and I started boxing again too. I’m going to get back to the stamina I had when I was younger. Back then, running 10km was no big deal. 🐰 I’ll try to find a new dieting method. I seriously can’t eat chicken breast anymore. What do I do… I’m deleting this wallpaper. I can’t do this anymore. Just the smell of chicken breast annoys me now. It puts me in a bad mood. You know what I mean, right? Even after recording multiple takes, it still doesn’t feel quite right. The lyrics don’t feel quite right either. The lyrics aren’t coming out, and I still haven’t figured out the topline either. 🐹 “Back to Life” was made about two or three years ago. I really wanted to try making a full-on rock song, so I told producer Helix that I wanted to make something like that and asked him to send me a track. He sent me one, and then I started working on it. Even the very first draft had all English lyrics. Back then, I wrote everything by myself, so there were a lot of grammatical mistakes and parts where the expressions weren’t strong enough. I kept it as a guide for a while, and then this year, when talk came up about doing a SKZ-PLAYER, I thought maybe this would be the right song to bring back out. So I asked LB to work on the lyrics. Based on the message I wanted to convey, I asked him to help fix the grammar and flesh things out more, and that’s how the song was completed. I think this was the right timing to release it. So I rerecorded everything, revised the track too, and that’s how it came out. 🐹 “Where did you make ‘Back to Life’?” I made it at my old studio, not the one I’m using now. 🐹 “What program do you use?” Cubase! 🐹 “When did you film the music video?” You know how I sent that Bubble message really early in the morning saying that I was going to do a lot this year? I think I also said there was something I really wanted to show you. That was actually the day we filmed it.
