Kristian Campbell barely misses a HR to LF for a double. This man is simply red hot. Coming into today, since July 1st, he was hitting .341 with a .961 OPS.

What a turn around it’s been for Caleb Durbin. Through May 24th- .163 AVG, .479 OPS Since 5/28 vs ATL- .321 AVG, .945 OPS This was his 8th HR, 3 away from tying last year’s total of 11 with 76 games to go.

Curtis Mead is risky (0 options), but with high upside. This year has been a breakout though &amp; there’s no glaring weaknesses offensively right now. He just lacks track record after being a higher ranked prospect. Swing fits Fenway well. Hopefully a good in BOS organization.

Dirt Dog Durbin has a nice ring to it

The first hit for Mickey Gasper as a member of the Red Sox. Hitting well this year. Has versatility. Hard nosed player. Good clubhouse guy. Wouldn’t be surprised at all to see him stick around more often.

This is genuinely one of the most amazing things I’ve ever watched in a baseball game. Not just throwing an immaculate inning, but also knowing it, smiling at it, and laughing after he did it. Payton Tolle can’t be real, man.

I’m starting to genuinely get curious if Franklin Arias and Kristian Campbell could be in the call up conversation soon. Both of them are tearing it up at AAA rn. Arias hitting over .300 with an OPS close to .900, while Campbell has been red hot with good metrics.

Carlos Baerga is saying here that he asked Scott Boras why Alex Bregman opted out, and Boras said he “wanted a more competitive team”. Really not trying to sound biased here, but idk about this one.

Ken Rosenthal &amp; Will Sammon are saying the Red Sox see Zach Neto as a strong fit, but it’s unclear if the Angels will move him. I think he would be a great fit, and mentioned this idea in a video this past week.

Chandler Rome is saying trade talks have “intensified” for Isaac Paredes, including up to 5 teams with the Red Sox &amp; Pirates. He also mentions the possibility of a 3 team deal. We’ve gotten reports lately that Craig is still looking for a bat. Paredes imo makes the most sense.

Red Sox take OF Owen Hull in Round 2. 2 of the 3 bats the Red Sox have drafted so far share two traits: good hit tools &amp; athleticism. Over the years, they favor hit &gt; power with the opportunity to develop power. When taking good athletes, there’s a better chance of that.
