Anti-racism campaigners have kicked off a rally in Glasgow to counter a meeting of the right-wing group "Unite the Clans". Organised by a coalition of groups including Stand Up To Racism (SUTR) and Women Against The Far Right, and supported by groups like the University College Union (UCU) and Refuweegee, protesters started gathering on Saturday, July 25, at 11am at the McLennan Arch in Glasgow Green.

Warning: Strong language Protesters gathered at Royston Library before marching to Royston Square, where they blocked the road. During the protest, a brick was thrown through the window of a property, and a group approached the front door before running back to continue blocking the road as a police van arrived. Police have been investigating a sexual assault in the area. The case has since appeared before Glasgow Sheriff Court. The video contains strong language throughout.
