Despite sniggering the day before about #WithLoveMeghan the next day #ThisMorning got a chef in to recreate Meghan’s one pot skillet spaghetti dish to see if it was ‘good enough’. Meghan is that girl. Anyway the chef was bad vibes which I’ve cut out but essentially while cooking she was saying what she would have done differently. At the end the hosts were clearly under pressure to diss the end result but they admitted they liked it and you can see the chef wasn’t quite happy they weren’t more critical.

I mean only a deranger chef would study what side of the grater Meghan grated the cheese on. 😂🙄😀 As a non chef who has cooked this delicious dish I can assure you that the heat from my skillet melted the bigger cheese gratings within minutes and apparently stirring is a wonderful device to mix ingredients in a one pot. Lol. She should know this. I take the level of analysis of Meghan’s non professional (but amazing self taught) cooking as a compliment to Meghan and the opposite to this chef who is looking for a GOTCHA. The truth is Meghan’s amazing-ness and soft life makes these people insecure. The try hard criticism (of which there was more across true segment) is to SELF SOOTHE. So don’t be irritated- be sympathetic! 😀
