Every single day, thousands break basic traffic rules with absolutely no fear of consequences. And why would they? Traffic police are barely visible & enforcement is practically nonexistent. Admin washes their hands off by saying Punekars have no regard for the traffic laws. It’s easy blame the people for all civic failures!
