Charley Hull on what inspired her new look 😂 "I don't know. I just felt like I wanted to do it. My boyfriend didn't want me to do it, so it made me want to do it more. "So I done it and then I kind of regretted it. Now I'm kind of liking it. I will go back to blonde hopefully just after Christmas."

Will McGee is a bona fide celebrity at the PNC Championship, a personality magnet who is prone to giving out hugs. The 14-year-old son of LPGA great Annika Sorenstam has big goals in the game: He wants to win majors and be No. 1 in the world. “I just want to be able to carry on her legacy,” said McGee, “and for people to remember me not only as her son, but a good golfer.” With those words, McGee began to tear up. Mom did too. There's no other week like this one in golf.

Charley Hull bought a fake lottery ticket in Blackpool last night and tricked her caddie into thinking he'd won $100,000! "He's taken his hat off. He's taken his glasses off. He's literally running around the players lounge sayin', 'I've won $100,000. I'm taking today off.' His face looks so happy. He was sweating. He was trembling. He couldn't believe his luck, and we had to tell him it was fake and he nearly quit the job."

This player took PTO to play the LPGA in Mexico and cashed a paycheck It's not often that a player has to take PTO to compete on the LPGA. Alana Uriell came into the Riviera Maya Open at Mayakoba in Mexico fully expecting to be by the pool on the weekend enjoying a margarita. Instead, she found herself with a weekend tee time. "I have a golf team with Visa that I play golf with regularly," said Uriell, "and I think they're at home right now cheering me on and saying, man, I played golf with her last week. We were having a White Claw together on the golf course." Full story below!

Lydia Ko currently trails career money leader Annika Sorenstam by $223,228. Sorenstam: $22,583,693 (72 wins) Ko: $22,360,465 (23 wins) The Kiwi was recently asked would mean to pass Sorenstam on the list: "It's not really on my mind because I think it's really not comparable. Her 70-something wins in this generation and these kind of purses she would be miles and millions ahead of us. "Yeah, I just don't think it's really the same thing. For me, like winning as many as I can while I'm playing is more important than how much money I make. Even if I win the smallest purse out here, which I don't even know which event that is, that still matters because I won an LPGA event. "I think sometimes we get too carried away about the money. I'm very grateful for the opportunities we have, and I think as golfers we're very lucky because it's one of those rare things where if we perform we get rewarded. Not all work, not all careers have that."

How has the game changed? Amy Alcott gives an absolutely epic answer: "How has the tour changed? ... well, this gal over here, she had her Power Bar and she's got her team with her and she's got an endorsement deal drinking a certain kind of water and she's got a yoga instructor, and she's got that, all these modern-day things. I flipped the guy's shoulders around and I said, see that lady on the putting green? He says, yeah, JoAnne Carner working on her putting over there? I said, JoAnne, her breakfast in the morning is a half a grapefruit and three cups of coffee and your cigarette (laughter). And she likes to imbibe a nice vodka every now and then. "That's how the tour's changed."

Nelly Korda was asked today how she feels about being the flag bearer of women's golf. Does it sit comfortably or is it a burden? "I think if you asked me two years ago I maybe would've lied up here and said I'm fine with it, but I think that I'm at a stage in my career and at a stage where I'm just going to be myself. If people don't like it, that's fine. If that inspires the next generation, that's great. That's what I would like."
