That is the reality we are facing in Virginia and across the country and it has to change. That’s why I signed bills into law to ban law enforcement officers from wearing masks or face coverings to conceal their identities while on duty in Virginia, and why I issued an executive order to ban ICE officers from using state property to stage immigration enforcement.
