Meet Raj Mathur of Susman Godfrey DEMANDING MY DEPOSITION BE SEALED FROM THE PUBLIC! He spent 16 hours deposing me and then asked courts to seal my testimony as confidential. Sussman Godfrey & junior associate Raj Mathur does NOT “My Testimony” public. They don’t mind damaging my reputation but they do not want you to know who they are. Law firm SussmanGodfrey is demanding courts make my 16 hour deposition confidential. THEY DON’T WANT YOU TO SEE THIS. I have made it clear to the firm, my intent is to make the depositions public & expose their firm & the multi hundred billion dollar business of extorting settlement fees from small, medium & large companies, entrepreneurs, startups, founders, Artist, and other successful people. I floated this concept to administration a week ago Donald J. Trump likes it. already approved bonus depreciation in year one for institutions, just modify to include home owners. The math: 1) Buy $500,000 home. Land value $100k, home accessed at $400k 2) Accelerate depreciation from 27 years (400k/27) to year one. 3) The depreciation (paper loss) is taken against earned income until exhausted. 4) Cost basis of purchase is now $100k. 5) Sell the house for $800k and tax is recaptured from new cost basis. 5) Trump will propose to extend cap gains on homes from $500k to $5M. This would create the biggest house boom in American history & do more for home owners than even lowering mortgage rates.

Ca Billionaire Tax is new tax system to apply a tax on ALL property owned, not just real estate but stocks, bonds, furniture, autos, cash, gold, silver - everything. And don’t believe it’s about billionaire $8T, they want to tax their entire $170T property owned by middle class. Imagine your grandparents with no real income who now live off social security and whatever they live accumulated in savings. The govt would tax the value of all the assets they’ve collected over their lifetime. Let’s say grandpa has a $1,000,000 net worth but very little cash. The gov’t would tax the value of assets and grandpa would have to pay $50,000 in taxes annually. It’s like a property tax but not just on your home everything they own!

Kamala took the stage at 9:11 and was done by 9:14. 3 minutes? As someone who produces very large conferences I initially thought it was a good idea. The fact she only did 180 seconds and said nothing was shocking. If that’s all Americans watching tv witness, she will have left a weak first & very poor last impression.
