A citizen journalist’s observation. What is your take on this one? Is the guy with the voice over wrong or right? If the correct road markings were to be done, will the “hole” for the bridge be in the walkway or the road, or there is a possibility for the road and the walkway to be there without being interrupted by the “hole”?
