It’s considered normal to feed babies actual garbage in formulas and inject them with 25 mystery ingredient shots all within the first year of life… But honey is considered a dangerous substance during this time period? And everyone just follows along… INSANE

“Why do you eat pork if the Bible says it’s unclean?” My answer is simple… Tell me where it’s forbidden in the New Testament by Jesus.

Buying electrolytes is a scam. You’re tricked into buying synthetic literal poison. When you can make an electrolyte drink with REAL ingredients that does 100x what any store bought powder can. Skip the nanobot powder and make your electrolyte drink at home.

A conspiracy theory I 100% believe? That LED lights were purposely made the norm because they make people agitated, disrupt sleep, and harm hormonal cycles. The system benefits from us being sick. I scored my incandescent bulbs at a local hardware store. Switch if you can.

I don’t wear sunscreen, and I never will. We blame the sun for cancer when we should be blaming our diets. But if we cleaned up our diets, how would Big Food and Big Pharma make their money? Sunscreen and a poor diet will make you sick. Sick people = $$$ Don’t be a pawn.

Cold and flu remedy for the season…. This is one of those old-fashioned remedies I love because it uses ingredients you most likely already have in the kitchen. Slice up a red onion, put in about 4 cups of boiling water, then let it simmer for about 10–15 minutes. Strain the onion out and let the liquid cool down until it’s warm. Then stir in 1 tablespoon raw honey and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Red onion has traditionally been used when dealing with congestion, thick mucus, coughing, and that heavy feeling in the chest and sinuses. The warmth helps loosen everything up, while the onion releases its natural sulfur compounds and plant compounds like quercetin into the water. And if you’re wondering why red onion specifically, red onions are especially rich in quercetin and anthocyanins, the plant pigments that give them that deep red-purple color. Yellow and white onions can still be used, but red onions are a great choice when you have them because of their higher concentration of those beneficial plant compounds. This is also a little different from an onion honey cough syrup. Onion honey syrup is made by letting raw chopped onion sit in honey until it releases its juices, creating a more concentrated syrup you take by the spoonful. That version is especially nice for coating the throat and calming a cough. This warm red onion drink is more of a congestion and throat remedy because you also get the warmth and steam, which can help loosen mucus and make everything feel like it’s moving a little easier. Honey helps coat and soothe the throat, and the olive oil adds another soothing layer and can feel really nice when your throat is dry or irritated. I love olive oil so much. Sip it warm and breathe in the steam while you drink it. Simple ingredients and perfect for the season!

A wood stove is a non-negotiable for me in my home. Off-grid heat, not linked to a smart meter, can’t be remotely shut off, and you can use the ash for fertilizer, soap, and more. They don’t want you to have a wood stove because it gives you FREEDOM.

“Don’t use a metal spoon in honey.” I hear this so soften, and it reminds me of how disconnected people are from their food. Unless your beekeeper is using a wood press, honey is extracted using lots of metal. The spoon won’t make a difference. Let me show you…

I have a hidden switch in my house to turn off the WiFi. Because… AI can turn WiFi into a camera WiFi emits radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation they say is “safe” and I feel and sleep MUCH better with it off I think there’s more to WiFi than they tell us…

I built a Cloudbuster. And I really don’t care that there is no “sCIENTIfic eViDENCe” to support it. The scientific evidence is what I witness with my eyeballs. Powered it up in the middle of the wildfire smoke and watched the smoke dissipate above me. Coincidence I’m sure.

Purchasing meat in bulk from your local butchers is a great way to save money, support local, and get quality meat. This year, I split a cow with my family. We scored all of this pasture-raised, grass-finished beef for $4/lb - up from $3.50/lb last year. Call your butchers early in the year to lock in lower prices. You will be given a cut sheet where you can choose what cuts of meat you want. Ask them what farm your animal will be from or reach out directly to the farmer and set up purchasing through them. Either works, but the farmer will be better suited at answering your questions. Ask questions that matter to you. What was the animal’s diet like? Were they raised on pasture? Did they get antibiotics or other medicines? Can they wrap in butcher paper? You can taste the difference when you source properly.

Start making butter! Butter is one of the easiest traditional foods to make…churn heavy cream until the butter separates. It’s neat to see how butter actually changes color throughout the year based on what the cows are grazing! Butter from cows grazing fresh green pasture is often more yellow because of higher beta-carotene in the grass, while winter butter can be much paler when cows are eating stored feed. Grandma knew butter was a health food and that’s why they guilted her into using vegetable oil junk with ads saying real housewives use Crisco and what not… Crisco entered American kitchens in 1911 as partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, and over the following decades those industrial trans fats became increasingly common while heart disease rates also skyrocketed. HMM. Almost seems like it wasn’t the butter!

Humans are the only species that will spray food with poison to stop other creatures from eating it… And then go and eat it themselves. How does that make any sense?

I will never fall for this propaganda again… The “professional” recommended skincare is laced with hormone disrupters, synthetic junk, and petroleum by-products. Switch to tallow now and save your skin before it’s too late. Don’t say I didn’t try to tell you!

A Cloudbuster is believed to absorb unnatural energy from the sky…energy that wasn't meant to be there in the first place. There may be limited scientific evidence, but I prefer the science of what my eyes can witness and see. Here is how I built my Cloudbuster:

Bayer, the pharmaceutical company, is sponsoring health influencers to say that glyphosate isn’t so bad. I’m not kidding. So let me de-influence you from the glyphosate propaganda clown show: In animal studies, they found it can cause increased rates of certain tumors, reproductive toxicity, developmental abnormalities, liver damage, and more. It’s even labeled “probably carcinogenic” to humans. I wonder if it can do all of that to animals, what it can possibly do to us? And people want to defend spraying our food with this? Come on now. Seriously, if I ever come on here saying glyphosate isn’t so bad. Just know I sold my soul. But I never will, so here I am telling you this!!

There’s a reason they pushed rubber sole shoes…to keep us disconnected. The ground holds a natural charge, and your body is meant to connect to it. Working the soil or going barefoot helps discharge static buildup, improve sleep, and protect against EMF exposure. Grounding >
