![Physical Culture Gym is a hardcore Powerlifting and Olympic lifting gym near(ish) me. I visited a couple times 30years ago. These two guys are nationally ranked strength athletes, but look what happens when they have a sprint race (don't know if they warmed-up). The dynamic demands of sprinting exceed pure strength training. If you are older i.e. 30up, and haven't sprinted for years, injury is almost guaranteed if you run a sprint race. It's incredible that a young kid can run full pelt with no training (and no warm-up) and be totally fine. God, I miss Switzerland. I've jumped off this bridge into the Aare (Bern) with my friend Sculptured Human The Aare is the main river in CH, flowing from the Bernese Alps to the Rhine. Just near here is Bern's free outdoor Swimming pool. Bern is the best preserved medieval city in Europe. Canton Bern (the Emmental) is where my Mum was born 🇨🇭

Everyday in Pret Wimbledon, shoplifters steal stuff. The staff are fed up with it. The lifters are brazen and sometimes aggressive. This guy was shoplifting just as two plain clothes police officers happened to be passing. According to the staff who I know, this guy comes in regularly and steals. Whilst struggling to get away he was using all the old BS about having a heart attack, he couldn't breathe blah blah. He also tried to stab one of the police officers in the eye with a pen. Here's the thing, there was a woke looking white woman perhaps in her late 20s who was complaining that the police officers were treating the guy harshly and that he should just be allowed to get away because he was stealing items that under £10. I said to her it's because of you that people like this continually get away with stealing from shops - you care more about the criminal then you do about normal people. The coffee shop cleared because a lot of the people were scared as the guy was being loud and aggressive. I asked the guys if they needed assistance but a second later a cop car turned up and 3 police officers came in. Stupid woke people should never be allowed power. They allow the shit elements of society to get away with small crimes which turn into large crimes. They have more empathy for the criminal than they do for the normal people. Retarded white shitlibs.
