One of the most terrifying attacks carried out by Israel, where it completely destroyed the Mashteha Tower within a matter of seconds, as it is considered one of the largest and most beautiful towers in Gaza, and houses thousands of families living in it, despite the thousands of tents that were located on every side of this tower, aircraft launched no less than 6 deadly missiles that resulted in thousands of lethal shrapnel fragments, which led to the destruction of thousands of tents that were the only shelter for the families. This is not just a war, this is genocide.

Finally... I found a place with games for children. Although my daughter, Kiraz, felt afraid and anxious because she was experiencing these games for the very first time in her life, the happiness on her face was greater than all of that. You cannot imagine how happy I am to see her enjoying the simplest games. Things that seem ordinary to many children have become a dream for our children. I hope the day comes when every child can live their childhood as they deserve—without fear, and with complete joy.

This is the aircraft that committed the most horrific massacres against us. It is the very same aircraft that continues to issue evacuation and displacement orders that haunt us to this day. This is the aircraft that directly targeted my family, causing injuries to both me and my wife last year. It may appear small in size, but it carries death. It continuously fires bullets and drops bombs on us without stopping. I can never forget the moment it was flying directly above my head, nor can I forget its terrifying roar. Then it dropped its bomb on us, sending shrapnel flying in every direction, killing an unarmed civilian before my eyes—a scene that will remain etched in my memory for the rest of my life.

One of the most horrific crimes committed by the Israeli occupation forces against our children. On December 23, 2016, Israeli settlers detained a seven-year-old child at gunpoint in front of his family and used him as a human shield to force his relatives to retreat from resisting attempts to seize Palestinian land and establish Israeli settlements on it. For more than seventy years, Palestinians have endured killing, oppression, forced displacement, and persecution. They have been subjected to some of the gravest violations against people, their land, and their children, in a continuous suffering that has yet to end.

The last time I went, I was in this very place, in the exact same situation. We were all under the threat of death at any moment. We lay flat on the sand, the sun beating down on us, while fire rained above our heads from every direction. We didn’t know where it was coming from, or where to run. Next to me stood a young man—he hesitated, clearly wanting to step back. But the occupation forces had other plans. They executed him in cold blood, and wounded two others—one in his hand, the other in his leg. In that moment, we all realized—we wouldn’t make it out alive. We knew these were likely the final moments of our lives. We couldn’t save the wounded because the danger was too overwhelming. Death surrounded us from all sides. After countless desperate attempts, we somehow managed to retreat. We survived—but only by a miracle. Since that day, I made a vow to myself: I would rather die from hunger and pain—me and my family—than go back to what they call "aid." It has become a trap, a death sentence disguised as help. But sadly, the hunger is crushing. People here still go… and what hurts the most is that every moment now, someone else falls—martyred—one after the other. It’s as if we’re walking willingly toward death, and there’s no escape.😭💔

The tanks and military vehicles have come very close to us now. We are being hit directly by the shelling, and we are completely surrounded, unable to move or escape. Since the early hours of the morning, we have been running without pause, covering kilometers under the constant sound of shelling and explosions in eastern Khan Younis. This area is under full evacuation threat, yet we have no choice but to risk our lives for a bit of aid… just to feed our starving children. With every step we take, we know death could be just moments away — a bullet or a shell might end it all. But still, we press on. Not for ourselves, but for our little ones. I thought I was going alone, but the whole area was on the move — men, women, children — all running madly, not knowing what fate awaited us. When we were about to reach the aid point, the tanks and quadcopters opened fire directly at us. Many were injured, some never got back up. The rest of us fled, broken and defeated, carrying with us a deep sorrow and overwhelming despair. Here, even survival has become excruciating. Nothing comes without pain. We are still dying every moment — not just from the bombs, but from hunger, from abandonment, from being forgotten. We are no longer asking for much… only to live.😭💔
