But responsible gun ownership is not about showing off or provoking police in the streets. Open carry may be legal, but acting like a child with a firearm can get you arrested or worse, killed. I have seen several videos this week involving the same group, filming in different parts of Philadelphia and deliberately provoking police officers just to see how they will react.
