Dr Babu Varghese, in his interview on TheNewsMinute said he has never seen the kind of barbarism & lawlessness in the history of India. Video 1: He talked about #Manipur saying it is the mob who is in control. "The government has miserably failed. This isn't democracy, this is mobocracy.
