In our interview last week on Trust TV, we made the point that we would restore subsidy on Petroleum products and some other strategic products. Some candidates who campaigned in the last election to remove subsidy are reversing themselves without even regretting their earlier display of ignorance and lack of compassion for the people. They lack originality and their fans in the media never take them to task, instead they promote these corrupt and dishonest politicians as major candidates. The Gbenga Hashim Solidarity Movement (GHSM) has dismissed the reported endorsement of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the 2027 presidential election by Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, and some Accord Party officials. The group described the gathering at the Osun State Government House, Osogbo, as “illegal, politically contrived and inconsequential,” insisting that it had no constitutional basis to determine the presidential direction of the Accord Party.
