Ironically, statistically speaking, this young woman has likely never been safer. Imagine if a white girl got on a train with only black people & posted a video talking about how scared she was. She would be fired from her job. Kicked out of her university. Publicly shamed. And smeared as a RaCiSt. The crazy thing is, the white girl would actually have statistical evidence to demonstrate that it is perfectly reasonable to fear in that situation. Common sense & pattern recognition have now become “racist.”

My son’s one good kidney is failing. Please pray for Caleb’s transplant surgery. As of this last appointment we are officially in the process of scheduling Caleb’s kidney transplant. This will be Caleb’s 6th surgery in his 3 years on this earth, and by far the most serious. He has some rather complicated complications that heighten the possibility of rejection among other issues. You can specifically be praying that his bladder (which has not been connected or functioning since his first major surgery) actually functions properly and doesn’t end up damaging his new kidney. My wife and I are consistently tempted to Fear and anxiety for our son’s future, but God has remained faithful in comforting us and giving us faith in his redemptive promises. If you want to help… Please pray for a successful surgery with no complications. Please pray that my wife and I increase in faith as we face these trials. Also pray that God continues to provide for our mounting financial needs related to Caleb‘s ongoing medical attention. If you want to help, please consider buying a “Kidney for Caleb T-shirt.” Our great hope is to sell 5k T-shirts. It’s a huge goal, but we serve a huge God who does incredible things!

If you’re a Christian I would invite you to pray for E, and not dunk on him. Based on my conversations with him, I believe that he very recently gave his life to Christ. Giving your life to Christ doesn’t take away consequences or erase past harm, but we as Christians should be quick to lend support and prayer for new siblings in Christ.

The gates of hell will not prevail against the church. A word of advice. Take a break from X. Go touch grass. In honor of Kirk, go tell your neighbor or your grocer or somebody that Christ is king. It’s easy to get rage baited by these screeching demons who are celebrating Charlie’s death. I spent three hours talking with college students and proclaiming the gospel today, and not one single college student (even the lefties) was celebrating Kirk’s death. They were, however, primed for the gospel message. Many were thinking of their mortality in ways that they never had. Please pray for the students that just heard the gospel for the first time.

A friend on the political, who doesn’t follow Christ, who thought Charlie Kirk was a vile man, and certainly isn’t mourning his death. “If you thought Charley was vile, then you think I’m vile, because my views are even more radical right wing than his,” I told him. Thus ensued a long, intense, heated discussion. It started with politics and ended with Christ. The discussion ended with me telling him that I loved him, and that the only way we would stop being friends is if he decided I was too radical for him. He was in tears, I was feelin it too. Christ was glorified, and now instead of losing a relationship, my friend is one step closer to knowing Christ (which I believe is inevitable, and I tell him that all the time). We win by showing other the love of Christ.
