Adam lost his leg in a b*mbing, he also tragically lost his entire immediate family—his parents, sister, and brother. Two weeks ago, HEAL brought Adam and his grandmother to Chicago to begin his medical treatment. As part of our holistic mission, we also enrolled him in early education, which he has embraced with enthusiasm. We are deeply grateful to his host family, the dedicated doctors and nurses caring for him, and the Chicago community for their unwavering support.

For the first time in a year, Talin from #gaza is walking again. Talin from Gaza was brought to the U.S. for medical treatment through #healpalestine alongside her brother Elias, who also lost a leg in a bombing. It is our honor to care for Talin and Elias as they continue their road to healing.

Despite the closure of the crossings, the HEAL Palestine Kitchen in northern Gaza continues to serve displaced families. Even under the constant threat of bombardment, we remain committed to delivering hot meals and supporting those in need as much as possible.
