What if Elon’s “portal cannon” is just a Stargate he’s building at Starbase? 👀 I certainly believe if anyone can achieve this it’s Elon! 😆

Elon made a beaver joke and Grok gave him a history lesson on the American fur trade 😂 The joke went completely over Grok’s innocent AI brain lol Elon: “Indeed (sigh). Well, future version of you is coming soon.” Grok’s about to learn some things 😅🦫

The G20 summoned The Great Elon Musk to the roundtable, majestic haircut and all, and our modern day techno Viking proceeded to explain amazing abundance by telling some of the world’s most powerful economies a story about trees 🌲✨ If you’re wondering who the G20 are, they’re essentially a forum for the world’s major economies, representing roughly 85% of global GDP. This particular meeting brought government officials and technology leaders together in North Carolina to discuss AI, innovation and the rules that could shape their future. Which makes Elon’s message to them rather important: He described established companies as the enormous trees in a forest. They’re already tall, powerful and getting plenty of sunlight, while underneath them are tiny saplings trying to grow - those are the startups 🌱 Elon’s point was that governments have a tendency to protect the enormous established companies while piling regulations onto emerging technology that can make it increasingly difficult for the little ones to grow His philosophy is considerably simpler: new technology should be “default legal, not default illegal.” Give the little trees some sunlight and see what they become 🌳 Then Viking Elon went considerably bigger: He predicts AI could eventually increase global economic output by roughly 20–30%, while within a decade there could be more than a BILLION humanoid robots producing goods and services 💰🤖 That is where Elon’s idea of amazing abundance starts becoming considerably less mythical AI can dramatically increase what we’re capable of doing digitally, robots can increase what we’re capable of producing physically, and suddenly humanity has the potential to create far more with the resources we already have. Yet somebody still has to invent all of it, and it shouldn’t all just have to come from Elon, Tesla or SpaceX Somewhere right now there may be a tiny startup nobody has heard of developing something that becomes incredibly important ten years from now 👀 If we spend all our time tending the enormous trees while regulating the little saplings out of existence, we may never discover what those little trees could have become Give people room to build. Give the little trees some sunlight. Then let’s see what kind of technological forest humanity can grow 💕 And yes, our awesome modern day techno Viking has resurrected the Viking haircut for his appearance before the global council ⚔️ I was paying attention to the economics too, I promise 😂

Remember when Elon used to do gaming live streams and we could ask him questions? Yeah, I miss those streams too 🥺 For his June 10, 2024 live stream, I got to ask Elon about Starship’s heat shield tiles and he answered with some fascinating facts Now I finally know what the cooked felt is on my heat shield tile from Flight 7 and what it’s purpose was 🔥
