HEESEUNG: “coming to i-land and living in a dorm for the first time, even when i’m not a leader i end up in situations where i need to help the leader. I’ve learned the importance of leadership in order to build a GOOD TEAM. what makes for a good leadership that BENEFITS ALL?” RM: woah that’s his concern? JIN: that’s incredible. J-HOPE: He’ll make it big, he is so thoughtful. RM: it sounds like he’s really thoughtful, the fact that he’s already thinking about this. I feel that he already has leadership by heart. SUGA: this sentence “a good leadership that benefits all” it’s good that you want to help everyone but when you try to help benefit everyone you end up being miserable yourself so i think it’d be good to shake that mindset off.
