Let’s be completely clear on this one 1- Elon Musk is no Anti-Semite. 2- He’s made some mistakes in his judgment and I hope he will be more careful moving forward. 3- We thank you for being in Israel and with our people. Maybe I can blame Rosh Hashanah for missing this one… But I just watched this speech from Robert F. Kennedy Jr and honestly can’t believe it hasn’t gone absolutely viral. And it’s not simply the sight of a Kennedy speaking at a Republican convention. We’ve seen that before. It’s hearing a Kennedy describe the Democratic Party he grew up in — the party of Franklin Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy and Robert F. Kennedy — what he believes it stood for, and then contrasting that with what he believes it has become. Then he reminds the audience what his father ran on: “Tax cuts, strong defense, and fighting communism.” And then comes the punchline that makes the whole moment land so powerfully. Watch it to the end. I think you’ll understand exactly what I mean. Whatever you think of RFK Jr. — and as many of you know, I think the world of him — there is something extraordinary about hearing this argument made by a member of that family, at this moment.
