🚨New story I am digging into: Something curious in Portland. Susan Mottet runs the City of Portland's Small Donor Elections Program. Janna Tessman is a DSA activist and part-time lobbyist who's not shy about her Portland DSA ties online. Public records show these two behind an effort to secretly record signature gatherers for the police-staffing measure due to hit the ballot in November 2026 (The Portland Enhanced Community Safety Initiative) — video recordings that reportedly ended up in an elections complaint aimed at keeping the measure off the November ballot. Cool, cool. Totally normal thing for a city election official to be involved in while working in concert with a DSA affiliated activist. If accurate, secretly recording someone without consent in public in Oregon is potentially a crime under ORS 165.540. But sure, what a shock that this pro-public-safety measure keeps running into roadblocks. It survived a legal challenge over ballot language (killed on a typo and forced a refile) and funded opposition. Now, allegedly, this. A city elections official and a DSA-connected lobbyist. Both working overtime to make sure Portland doesn't get more cops on the street, that Portland continues to defund law-enforcement. Wild how this keeps happening. Still digging into everything. Friends. Im facing a lawsuit for defending myself against a black bloc rioter. The mutual aid lawyer is using a statute that will require me to pay all their lawyer fees if they win even a dollar. This could cost me upwards of 50 grand if I fight it and lose. I need help and don’t want to lose my home over something like this. I will be grateful for any help. Link in the next post.

I have been reporting on this story since it first hit social media. Many of these parents had no idea Aayden Gallagher was a boy until he hit the track. This is the last race he ran in where he beat fellow sophomore, and track star, Aster Jones. At this point people in the audience had been informed these girls were running against a boy. A boy in their locker rooms. A boy cheered on by his coaches and enabled by officials and corrupt politicians. The audience had caught on here and cheered for Aster and booed the boy. I’m angry at the adults for allowing this to happen. I don’t wish ill on this boy. People in his life are lying to him and encouraging this. His mother, his coaches. It’s a terrible thing to do. But they want him to feel special and they want to win. At the expense of girls. The girls were threatened by the high school sports governing body OSAA against speaking out. Now they are being lectured on social media by adults to stand up to this when the adults won’t do anything themselves.

So, I’m getting sued by a member of a terrorist group. I pepper sprayed a Far Left activist waving a flagpole at our bodies ( Katie and I) back in July. I felt like they were going to hit us like they did with Katie yesterday. This person is suing me for 10 grand for pain and suffering. I’m going to need some help paying for an attorney to fight this. Covering these terrorists is a nightmare.

I don’t expect much in the way of justice. Would be nice if that happened but it’s Portland. I know it’s a long listen, sorry about that. I tried to make it as short as possible.
