We shared a word with the people of Nduba Village, Ol Kalou Constituency and assured them that no one will come back tomorrow to campaign on promises of connecting them to electricity. We are fixing that now through the ongoing electricity projects across the Constituency.

For the first time in 46 years, cargo has today left Nairobi to Gilgil, Ol Kalou and Nyahururu via railway. 10 wagons full of fertlisers are now destined to NCPB stores in Ol Kalou and Nyahururu. This means decongestion of Nairobi-Nakuru highway and less wear and tear of the Gilgil-Ol Kalou Nyahururu Road. This means food security for our nation. This means the reverse trip will be full of food from Nyandarua and Laikipia for markets in Nairobi and onward to Mombasa. The Sungapore dream shall not be televised. The Plan is coming to life through ruthless execution.

We have more than 1,000 farmers who used to farm only when it rains, one or two seasons a year. From now on, they will be able to farm throughout the year without stopping because we have invested in irrigation and water from Mirangine dam will support the production of more food. We will have Farmers' Day in Ol Kalou, and we want our fishermen and farmers to be part of it because they will benefit. I am also proud to tell you that next week we will open our Ol Kalou cold storage facility and fishermen from this area will be able to store their fish there before selling them. And to the fishermen, do not worry about the market. Even if you harvest a lot of fish, there will be a market. People in Narok, Nakuru, Nairobi and other places will buy it. As production increases, we can even export to other markets. For those claiming we have distributed speed boats, I sympathize with them because they do not realize how foolish they look before the very people they are trying to mislead. Instead of denying development that everyone can see, they should accept the facts. The focus should be on the real investments being made to improve the lives of our people. On Saturday 11th, we will have the Lake Olobolosat Cultural Festival. People from Ol Kalou and Ol Jorok will come together because development does not know boundaries. We are one people, and we will continue working together for development.

Recently a doctor friend of mine from India fell ill while he was in Nairobi. He bought over the counter medicines from a pharmacy. We happened to meet after few days and what he told me shocked me. First Pharmaceutical products in Kenya cost 10X compared to other countries . Secondly the molecule strength is 10% quality compared to other countries. All countries have healthcare cartels. But in Kenya the pharma industry Mafia owns a country. The regulator Pharmacy & Poisons Board is a criminal enterprise for protecting cartels. I am happy for Mosop MP Abraham Kirwa for succesful recovery. I now urge him to summon the Ministry of Health to parliament and ask them what they are doing to track and trace all pharmaceutical products coming to Kenya

What a Day for the people of Ol Kalou! The people of Ol Kalou deserve development, and that is exactly what they are getting this time. While some are busy talking about speed boats and exchanging IDs, we are on the ground delivering projects that will change lives for generations. The Last Mile Electrification Project is now underway at Kambi Minyore village, Ol Kalou Constituency where 96 households will soon be connected to the national grid. Combined with the improved access roads, this investment will open up the area for business, improve education and healthcare, and help farmers move their produce to market with ease. Those who thought these communities would continue surviving on endless promises can now see the work taking place with their own eyes. At Gwa Kiongo Dam, we launched transformative Blue Economy and irrigation programmes that are turning the dam into a source of jobs and income. More than 80 fisherfolk received 15,000 quality fish fingerlings, fish cages, fishing boats, fish feeds, and safety gear to begin commercial fish farming. We also commissioned solar-powered irrigation pumps that will support year-round farming and higher food production. Those dismissing these interventions as politics should explain to our youth why they oppose projects that create jobs and put money into people's pockets. The inspection of the Mirangine Dam Irrigation Project showed the scale of what is coming. Once complete, the project will irrigate 500 acres in two phases, benefit over 1,000 farmers, and support up to three cropping seasons every year. We also distributed 20,000 fish fingerlings as part of the wider plan to expand aquaculture. The people of Ol Kalou and Nyandarua at large can see the difference and have understood that development is no longer a campaign slogan it is happening now, and no amount of noise will stop the transformation reaching our villages. Those who have nothing to offer will always try to discredit development because they cannot compete with results. It is important to elect a leader who can open more doors for our people and ensure every village gets its fair share of development. That is why Ol Kalou needs a leader who knows how to bring development home. Electing Muchina as your Member of Parliament means choosing a leader who will work closely with the Government to attract more roads, electricity, irrigation, water projects, youth empowerment programmes, and investments that improve people's lives. Other leaders present included Principal Secretary Alex Wachira (State Department for Energy), Principal Secretary Betsy Muthoni Njagi (State Department for Blue Economy and Fisheries), and Principal Secretary Ephantus Kimotho (State Department for Irrigation).
