Today, while in Nairobi South C, a resident approached me with a complaint about a neighbour who had allegedly diverted raw sewage into the stormwater drainage system. The resident explained that the situation becomes even worse when it rains, as the sewage overflows onto the roads. At the time of my visit, raw sewage was visibly flowing into the drainage system, creating an unbearable stench and posing a serious public health and environmental risk. I immediately engaged the Nairobi Water and Environment teams and directed them to take urgent action. Anyone found illegally directing raw sewage into the stormwater drainage system must be held accountable. We cannot allow such irresponsible actions to endanger the health of residents, pollute our environment, and compromise our drainage infrastructure. Appropriate action must be taken to stop this immediately.

VIEWERS DISCLAIMER!! What I witnessed tonight was deeply disturbing. A group of young teenagers were hanging outside moving vehicles, recklessly putting their lives and the lives of other road users at risk as if they were acting in a movie. This kind of impunity cannot be tolerated in a country governed by the rule of law. Three vehicles were being driven by drivers who appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. I believe many of these children have been given too much freedom by their parents, to the extent that they think having money places them above the law. I call upon the Inspector General of Police and the Nairobi Traffic Police to investigate this incident thoroughly, impound the vehicles if the law permits, and take appropriate legal action against the drivers and vehicle owners where offences have been committed. Any minors found engaging in such dangerous behaviour should receive appropriate intervention and counselling, while those responsible for endangering them should be held accountable. No one is above the law. Reckless behaviour on our roads must come to an end before innocent lives are lost.

Sheryll Gabriella willingly recorded and shared content exposing her nudity or other explicit sexual material on social media, and that content violates Kenyan law, the relevant authorities should investigate the matter and take appropriate legal action. Kenyan law prohibits the production, distribution, and publication of obscene material. Section 181 of the Penal Code criminalizes the distribution or public exhibition of obscene material, while the Films and Stage Plays Act regulates the production and distribution of certain audiovisual content. Her content has a negative influence on young people and the wider online community as it is openly shared on public platforms. Previously, she claimed about her winning KSh 12 million and allegedly being conned, which didnt attracted significant public attention. She has shifted attention to the circulation of explicit videos allegedly shared by her. Regardless of the circumstances, all individuals should use social media responsibly and comply with the laws of Kenya.

Summertide should be banned completely in Kenya. How can our young people openly engage in sexual acts in public spaces, and nobody is talking about it? If I keep quiet, who will expose this moral decay in our society? We must protect the younger generation. To all parents, before you send money to your sons and daughters, especially this weekend, make sure you know where they are and what activities they are participating in. The videos circulating online from Malindi are deeply disturbing. If they are authentic, they appear to show young men and women engaging in unprotected sexual activity in public, with some scenes suggesting one young woman involved with multiple men. Such reports should be investigated by the relevant authorities. As a society, we cannot remain silent. We all have a responsibility to protect our children, uphold public decency, and promote values that safeguard the health, dignity, and future of our young people.

Tonight, I received a call from concerned neighbours in Umoja 3 reporting a case of a 6-year-old girl who had allegedly been badly assaulted by both her father and mother and was said to be in a very poor condition. Together with police officers from Maji Police Station, we visited the home to establish the facts. Upon arrival, we found both parents, but the child was nowhere to be seen. The father told us that he had taken the child back to their village in Kisumu the previous day. He admitted that he had assaulted her and claimed that this was the reason he had sent her away. However, neighbours informed us that the father had hidden the child after learning that we were coming to rescue her. I asked him to make a phone call so that we could confirm whether the child was indeed in the village. He hesitated and eventually called his sister. When I spoke to her, she confirmed that the child was actually at her house in Umoja, just a few metres from where we were. It became clear that the father had lied to us. We immediately proceeded to the location and found the child. What we witnessed was heartbreaking. The young girl had clearly been assaulted, with wounds and marks all over her back and hands. The father attempted to justify his actions by claiming it was discipline. While at the police station, we discovered even more disturbing information. The child had a burn injury on her hand, and she told us that her mother had burnt her with a hot knife. She even demonstrated how it had happened. The mother was also taken in for questioning. The police immediately arrested the father, and investigations are now ongoing. The case will be forwarded to the Children's Department for further action to ensure the child's safety and welfare. The parents will also face the law for the abuse inflicted on this innocent child. It is deeply heartbreaking to see a child subjected to such cruelty by the very people who are supposed to protect and care for her. No child deserves to go through such suffering. I appeal to everyone: please do not keep quiet when you witness or suspect child abuse. Report it immediately. You can also reach out to me so that together we can protect vulnerable children and ensure they receive the care and justice they deserve. Protecting children is a responsibility we all share.

Wazazi kujeni hapa mjionee mambo ! Sasa hawa ndio mnaita wife material? Wakikosa mabwana wa kuwaoa wanatuita wanauime ni maumbwa ! Ni sawa tu ! Dear parents, don't only blame your sons for not wanting to marry. We should also have honest conversations about some of the behaviors we are seeing among young people today. Some of the conduct displayed in clubs and entertainment venues is concerning. There are individuals who engage in inappropriate dancing and behavior that does not reflect self-respect or dignity. It is no surprise that many young men are becoming reluctant to settle down, while cases of broken relationships and single parenthood continue to rise. The "soft life" many people pursue is often very different from the commitment, responsibility, and sacrifice required in marriage. To our sisters, remember that your character, values, and self-respect are far more important than temporary attention gained in clubs or on social media. No one will remember how you danced on tables in bars and clubs, but they will remember your integrity, discipline, and the way you carried yourself. Likewise, men should also conduct themselves responsibly and respectfully. Strong families and successful marriages are built on mutual respect, good character, and shared values. I am not being harsh; I am simply saying that marriage material is defined by character, responsibility, and respect not by popularity or nightlife.

JOYCE ONYANGO, A HOUSE MAID, ALLEGEDLY KILLED A 4-YEAR-OLD CHILD. Joyce Onyango, a housemaid in Ruai, is suspected to have poisoned and killed a 4-year-old baby girl following a disagreement with her employer, who is the child’s mother. Joyce is reportedly from Kisumu and is said to have five children. She had requested to be paid her KSh 6,000 monthly salary on the 1st, but the employer informed her that since she had started work on the 3rd, she would be paid on that date when the employer receives her income. Instead, Joyce allegedly left the house, informing the employer that she had left the child with neighbors. She then disappeared and was last seen in Githurai. Anyone with information that may assist in tracing her is urged to report to the nearest police station. Call :0748253190

I once said that monkeys and baboons are very similar to human beings, only lacking a few features that make us different. Today, during our visit to Nairobi National Park, a baboon stole a bag from one of the SpotOn Vacations vehicles we were using. After realizing the bag had no valuables, it quickly returned it and ran away.

This lady is a member of the street family and lives and sleeps in Nairobi CBD. She often claims to be the wife of Samson Ndindi Nyoro, which, in my view, may indicate that she is experiencing a mental health condition that requires urgent professional attention. We have made several attempts to rescue her, but whenever she sees me, she runs away. If you know her or any of her family members, please reach out so that we can help reunite her with her loved ones and facilitate the support and care she needs to be rescued from the streets.

SCRIPTED BOXING MATCH !! The entire boxing match was scripted by Obina, and that is why they created propaganda to keep me out of it. I had already secured Mbavu Destroyer professional boxing trainers two of them, one Kenyan and another Kenyan-based in Dubai and all of them were willing to train him for the match. I also paid for his training and was willing to provide accommodation near the training center. However, there were challenges and disagreements that arose during the process, and I was subsequently kept away from the entire arrangement through what I believe was coordinated propaganda aimed at damaging my reputation, including false accusations that I had asked for Ksh 200,000 if Mbavu wins. Instead, he was given content creators, and he ran away from the training claiming he was being asked for Ksh 200,000. The entire thing witnessed today is a scheme to con innocent Kenyans who have been waiting to watch real boxing for a long time, only to end up watching a scripted event. That is why I chose not to attend. I did not want to speak about this earlier because many would have assumed I was only reacting out of disappointment for not being involved but I posted an encrypted message on my Facebook page 1hr before the match. The beneficiary of the entire script is Obina. Now wait for him and Mbavu Destroyer to ask for a rematch. After today’s match Obina and Mbavu Destroyer they will call for rematch which Mbavu will win and then they will say this is win win on both sides then now next it will be the finals between the two to see who will wins. In all this Kenyans will be spending money denying other boxers a chance to compete and grow their talents. This was “mchezo wa town.” I knew about it, and that is why I chose not to attend. My conscience does not allow me to lie to Kenyans who were eagerly waiting to watch a real match. I posted on my Facebook wall what would happen and it has come to pass. #vurugu Weka Mawe Mbavu Destroyer Majembe

This lady has been trending online after her private videos were leaked and widely shared. When I first came across the story and saw how many people were criticizing her, my first thought was not judgment but concern. I thought about her children and how they must feel seeing their mother being exposed and ridiculed publicly. I later learned that someone had tricked her into sharing her private videos, then began blackmailing her before eventually leaking them online. This betrayal is both cruel and inhumane. I felt deeply for her and decided to speak out, condemning the malicious act of the person responsible. This woman is not only a mother but also a grandmother a human being who deserves dignity, not humiliation. Through a well-wisher who volunteered to help, she managed to reach out to me. She shared that she wanted my help to post a video in which she asks for forgiveness from Kenyans and, most importantly, from her children. She also narrated how rowdy individuals stormed her kibanda, attempting to attack her, and how the police intervened just in time to save her. Unfortunately, her kibanda was destroyed in the process. She is currently being hosted by a good Samaritan who took the initiative to support and shelter her during this difficult period. I strongly condemn cyberbullying, blackmail, and the violation of people’s privacy. Let us learn to be compassionate and remember that behind every trending story is a human being with feelings, family, and dignity.

Jameni, niambieni hapa, naona mambo ya ajabu! I took my car to the garage where the mechanic replaced the brake pads. We made sure the tyres were reinstalled and that all the wheel nuts were tightened. The senior mechanic confirmed that everything was intact, and I even asked my PA to verify that the nuts had indeed been tightened. I personally made sure they had done so. On Saturday, I started hearing an unusual noise coming from the rear of the car. I initially thought it was caused by worn-out bushes. The noise continued on Sunday, and since I did not want to take any chances, I decided that on Monday I would take the car back to the garage to have the bushes checked and repaired. Today, while with my driver, I asked him to help identify where the sound was coming from. That is when we discovered that it was coming from one of the tyres. Out of the five wheel nuts on that tyre, four were loose to the extent that you could remove them by hand, while one was extremely tight. The tyre treads are all intact and in good condition. Engineers and mechanics, is this situation possible due to vibration, or could it have been intentional? Kindly advise, because this could have easily resulted in a very serious accident. Na waseme ni accident ya kawaida tu ! Anyway God is in control!

I will personally reach out to Director Trevor and ask him to help Eve Mungai produce professional content because what Eve is currently doing is, in my opinion, unprofessional especially for someone we have always known as one of Kenya's top content creators, interviewing influential people in our society with professionalism. Posting videos that contain nudity or sexually suggestive content is not the professional standard I knew her for. I believe her talent and influence can be used to create content that informs, inspires, and positively impacts society. I will do my best to ensure they work together professionally, provided Eve Mungai is willing. As for Trevor, I will personally speak to him.

It is deeply concerning to see some Kenyans continuing to disregard basic traffic rules, despite the dangers involved. This is the busy Nyayo Stadium Roundabout, where a pedestrian footbridge has been provided for safe crossing. Unfortunately, many pedestrians still choose to cross the busy road instead of using the footbridge, putting their own lives and those of motorists at risk. A significant number of accidents have been recorded in this area, yet some people continue to ignore the safer option. This dangerous behavior must come to an end. I call upon the relevant authorities to strengthen the enforcement of traffic regulations in this area so that this disregard for road safety becomes a thing of the past. While enforcement is important, every road user also has a personal responsibility to obey traffic rules and prioritize safety. It is heartbreaking to see lives lost in preventable road accidents simply because people ignore traffic laws. Let us all play our part by using the facilities provided, such as pedestrian footbridges, and by respecting the Highway Code. Every life is precious, and every life is worth protecting.
