BREAKING: Ukraine has just struck an oil depot in Valuyki, Belgorod Oblast and set it ablaze, despite Trump's warnings. Over 500 drones were launched into Russia tonight. It is the first Ukrainian strike on energy infrastructure since Trump's announced "energy ceasefire," two days ago. Ukraine's response to US threats to cut intelligence and freeze the PURL weapons mechanism if Kyiv were to resume energy strikes was "We will burn Russian refineries."

BREAKING: Venezuela's Cardon Oil refinery, the country's second largest at 310,000 barrels per day, has just unexpectedly exploded and caught fire, forcing a full shutdown. BREAKING: Iran announces a third oil tanker has hit a naval mine while exiting the Strait of Hormuz through the US-backed southern Omani corridor. It is the UAE-owned VLCC tanker AL MAQAM, the third tanker struck in 48 hours. The tanker had been sailing with its AIS switched off for 52 days while moving oil for the US and its allies.

NEW: Just one oil tanker has transited the Strait of Hormuz in the last 24 hours, two days into Trump's ceasefire whose entire premise was Iran reopening the strait. Sultan Al Jaber, CEO of UAE state oil company ADNOC, said today the strait "is not open" and that 180 oil tankers carrying 172 million barrels remain stranded inside the Gulf.
