🚨 URGENT UPDATE: The situation for minorities in #Bangladesh , particularly in #Chittagong , has deteriorated alarmingly following the denial of bail for Chinmoy Krishna Brahmachari: 1️⃣ Police Brutality: At the judge court, peaceful Hindu community members gathered to catch a glimpse of Chinmoy Prabhu, with some even attempting to lay down in front of the van taking him to jail. In response, police went rogue, launching a brutal baton charge against the group. Scattered and fleeing through alleys and lanes, the community members were further attacked by police and Islamist mobs, leaving many wounded. 2️⃣ Islamist Rampage: In Chittagong, extremist groups continued their violent rampage, burning temples, looting properties, and committing arson in Dalit areas, resulting in devastating losses. 📹 Graphic footage captures the harrowing brutality of police assaults on unarmed protesters and the destruction caused by the Islamist rampage.
