H.E. the President of the Human Rights Commission and Head of the Kingdom’s Delegation, Dr. د. هلا بنت مزيد التويجري, during the Kingdom’s session before #CEDAW : “The Travel Documents Law has been amended to ensure that women have equal rights to obtain travel documents and travel abroad, just as men do. Previously, women were required to obtain permission from their guardian to secure such documents and travel outside the country.”
