This is no April Fools Joke… we made this dump disappear for 45 days; to the impound yard. -Driving while prohibited (no ignition interlock) -Improper licence (G2 Novice driver) -Wheel Off Prevented (4 loose fasteners on 1 wheel!) -No trip inspection/schedule lives saved?

You will never guess what we have…. So we will just tell you… another Intermodal hauler using a known QEW scale-house by-pass route in Town of Oakville … and they are out of service! A cracked wheel on tractor drive axle. Out of service. Charges laid.

Another day another intermodal can hauler out of service. This one was stopped as it had no trailer brake lights working. Little did we know at the time of the stop the trailer brakes were ALL defective as well. + a flat tire + an insecure load + + + #OOS, plates off. Charges.

Same company; different dump truck…. Another loose wheel fastener. Truck grounded until re-torqued. Company put on notice and charged again. CHECK YOUR WHEEL FASTENERS!

This dump was taken off our roads in Oakville. Steer axle brake shoe lining with void; broken slack adjuster, air loss test fail, loose driveshaft bearing retainer cap bolts, 3X loose suspension connecting rod bolts; brake out of adjustment. Plates removed/unfit/charged ^MRT

Stopped this wide load on Dundas/Appleby in Burlington. Knocked over every pylon on its way in construction zone. -NO over-width load permits/banners -No name on CMV -Expired registration -Flat Tire -Loose Suspension u-bolts -rotted lift axle frame member #OOS & charged. ^MRT
