ooh seventeen did some upgrades to their practice room! they switched to better flooring that’s less burdensome on their knees (we cheered) and seems like they’re going to switch to warmer lighting as the current white lights tire their eyes out and make them appear tired too

260414 weverse live 🌟🔴 #에스쿱스 #SCOUPS scoups was talking about his leg surgery plans 🥺❤️🩹 🍒 ah, about the leg surgery! in early may…? i’ll go to the hospital to get an examination, and i’ve asked around 10 people around me who have gotten the surgery.. there’s nothing that says “you HAVE to take it out no matter what” so i plan to go to the hospital and get counselling. honestly, i’m a little scared of going for rehabilitation again, because if i take it out, they said that i’ll have to do rehabilitation again after taking it out

260520 weverse live 🌟🔴 #에스쿱스 #SCOUPS scoups was sharing how he felt lately about losing weight in his 30s as compared to before 🥺 🍒 but do you know what i’m feeling these days? i’m on a diet, i do weight training 5 times a week, and i do 20~30 mins of cardio on days that i do weight training. but seriously, since i’m past my 30s, it seems like the weight doesn’t come off easily. and definitely, since i’m not trying to lose weight by skipping meals like i did in the past, i feel it even more - the way it doesn’t come off very quickly. so that’s probably why it kind of feels like that.

251005 CXM FANPARTY #에스쿱스 #SCOUPS aigo seungcheol 😭🍒 the “i just need 2 mins” line in ‘young again’ was supposed to be “i just need 3 mins”! but cheol struggled with the pronunciation of “3” and since the song was 2 mins long, mingyu suggested to change it to 2 mins 🤣😭

260601 weverse live 🌟🔴 #에스쿱스 #SCOUPS last year’s caratland was supposedly seventeen’s last one in a while! but mingyu revealed that his enlistment got delayed and thus there’s one more this year 🥹🩷🩵 🍒 actually, this caratland… last year when we did caratland, i thought it was the last one. hyelim ssaem probably had the same thoughts. 🐶 ah that could be true 🍒 originally, we thought last year’s caratland was going to be the last caratland in a while, so it’s great that there’s one this year too, but i really didn’t know there would be one. 🐶 originally, though it’s not exactly true, i was supposed to enlist early this year. but it got a bit delayed so i had more time. so, i thought oh? if that’s the case hold on, i think i can do everything together up till caratland - the tour was out so i can do that, i can also do caratland, and i can also do coups mingyu activities for longer, that’s the current situation.

260720 weverse live 🌟🔴 #에스쿱스 #SCOUPS it’s the way seungcheol chooses to trust in carats and confides in us about his struggles ☹️ 🍒 see? there’s nothing to be burdened by, and there’s nothing to worry about, so now i’m feeling anxious. seriously, i can just relax and take a rest, but i feel like i need to do something. i don’t like that feeling. 🍒 that’s right, that person’s words are right. just relax and be comfortable. people around me have said that a lot, they say it a lot, and that when else will i have this kind of period (of rest). come to think of it, i have a shoot on thursday, and i have a shoot next monday too. but i can’t stand these few days, these few days when i have spare time… i’m going crazy
