Regarding the conversation surrounding ‘Napoleon having no CGI’. Below are the VFX credits. The film has some amazing VFX, stunt and practical FXs, including exploding body parts, exploding horses, exploding boats, crowd duplication, full CG boats, full CG environments all burning, water simulations, ice simulations, matte paintings, bullet hits, and much more. There are 15 VFX companies and 369 artists involved, but since some companies are only referenced by name, I suspect this number is much higher. Anyway, congratulations to: mon petit coin (153 artists) Industrial Light & Magic (80 artists) BlueBolt (50 artists) Outpost VFX (20 artists) Light VFX (12 artists) One of Us (8 artists) FPX (4 artists) @freefolkstudios (4 artists) Ghost VFX (no artists credited) Cheap Shot (no artists credited) Argon (4 artists) THE THIRD FLOOR, INC. (no artists credited) The Imaginarium Studios (4 artists) Visualskies (4 artists) The Magic Camera Company (26 artists) I hope everyone on Twitter understands that if you don't see the CGI, it doesn’t mean it’s not there. Also, never believe a marketing piece about a movie; they are filled with out-of-context statements and misunderstandings. We all need to be better a policing this nonsense, so join me in spreading the word that Napoleon has a shit tonne of CGI and VFX. #CGI #VFX #Napoleon #RidleyScott

This tweet is for The Guardian and Shaad D'Souza: If you bothered to watch Barbie until the end credits you would have discovered that the film, which you claim has ‘almost no CGI or VFX’ has a credit list of 207 VFX artists and 5 VFX companies. Please also note that 3 out of the 5 companies have missing credits, so this number is a lot bigger. Just like Oppenheimer and Mission Impossible, these films have hundreds of invisible VFX and #CGI. The next time you make such a poor article like the one called ‘‘It’s exactly as they’d have done it in the 1910s’: how Barbenheimer is leading the anti-CGI backlash’, please reach out to a VFX supervisor for comment before publishing. Have a great day! The full #VFX credit for #BarbieMovie can be found below!
