According to Gen.Aronda, It was mandatory for all soldiers to exhibit discipline and professionalism Gen.Aronda Nyakairima emphasized that beating civilians was completely unacceptable and that all officers involved was to be taken to public courts to discipline them with the help of flying squad. 🚨UPDATE: A security guard at Papaz Plaza Nabugabo in Kampala city center has stabbed and killed a yet to be identified young man (hawker) at the entrance of the building According to the eyewitness, the young man was selling G-nuts in a bucket a security guard (Askari) asked him (the deceased) to give him UGX 1k to allow him inside the building and the boy said he didn’t have the money The Askari felt angry and stabbed the young man four times leading to his death The culprit has been arrested It’s so devastating that someone just lost his life simply because he didn’t afford 1k bribe

The occupants only heard him while tiptoeing downstairs. When they mad alarm he jumped over the perimeter fence and fled.
