2 examples of what I was talking about. 1- He passes the ball to Kounde and calls it a day when he should've run to the box and asked for the ball. Half of Messi's goals came from similar actions 2- He drops and asks for the ball when he should've made-

Tonali probably had his worst night yesterday. Fermin was on a mission to take his life. An aggressive, passionate, good-at-exploiting-space midfielder is your worst nightmare in an M2M press. At one point, Tonali was chasing shadows.

Some Barca's actions tracking down runners vs Bilbao In the last game, we made a change in applying the offside trap. Some said we abandoned it, but that's not true. It was just an adjustment. How and why? Let’s look deeper into it🧵

Lamine Yamal vs Chelsea (All 1st half touches) long short short, Lamine wasn't bad, and Cucurella didn't lock him up. Flick's system just set him up. So let's talk about the environment Flick - Maresca put their best player in.

was going through old memories and remembered when Messi made Tello score a hattrick for only the fact that he's a fast runner and thought about how the board saw what Leo was evolving to and failed miserably to surround him with runners.
