Vice President Sara Duterte's impersonator, Inday Tasha, recently shared a humorous video that poked fun at the name "Mary Grace Piattos," which appeared in suspicious liquidation documents linked to the alleged misuse of government funds by the Office of the Vice President (OVP). KOKO, RISA VOTED 'NO' TO 2025 BUDGET BICAM REPORT Then-Senate Minority Leader Koko Pimentel and then-Senate Deputy Minority Leader Risa Hontiveros voted against the ratification of the Bicameral Conference Committee Report on the 2025 General Appropriations Bill (House Bill 10800) on December 16, 2024. In explaining her vote, Hontiveros warned that the bicam version of the budget "crippled essential services while expanding unprogrammed funds." She pointed out that the state subsidy for PhilHealth was reduced to zero despite the Universal Health Care Act and the Sin Tax Reform Act mandating such funding. The senator also flagged ₱37.59 billion in cuts from the Department of Health, a ₱50-billion reduction in the 4Ps program, and major slashes in education budgets—₱15.17 billion from the Department of Education and ₱11.77 billion from the Commission on Higher Education. She further raised concerns over the unexplained delisting of 41 foreign-assisted projects and the rejection of funding for Anti-Red Tape Authority regional offices. Hontiveros criticized the bicam for raising unprogrammed appropriations to ₱531.6 billion while slashing life-saving and future-oriented programs, calling the move "misplaced prioritization at the expense of Filipinos' health, welfare, and education."

Kiko Pangilinan, as he seeks a return to the Senate. "Alam niyo po, ang tagal kong pinag-isipan kung papatulan ko pa ba o palalagpasin ko na lang 'yung mga paninira kay Kiko. Eh, wala hong tigil ang mga tsismis na peke naman tungkol sa kanya lalo po ngayon na siya ay tumatakbo ulit para senador," Cuneta said in a video message on Monday, February 24. She lamented the widespread influence of social media in spreading misinformation, particularly against political opponents. "Isa pa, ayon po sa mga social scientists, kapag daw ang isang kasinungalingan o fake news ay paulit-ulit pong pinagkalat at paulit-ulit pinakita sa inyo o sa taong bayan, maya-maya po, aba'y, mayroon na pong maniniwala. Ganun po kasi parang brainwashing, 'di ho ba?" she said. Emphasizing Pangilinan's integrity, Cuneta assured voters that in their nearly 30 years of marriage, he has been a devoted husband and father who always keeps his promises. "In our almost 30 years of marriage, si Kiko po ay walang ginawa kundi maging mabuting asawa at ama. Pag siya po ay nangako, talaga pong harangan mo ng sibat kailangan pong tuparin niya," she said. She reiterated his commitment to revitalizing the country's agriculture sector and lowering food prices, saying, "Isusugod ni Kiko ang agrikultura sa Pilipinas at gagawin ang lahat para pababain muli ang presyo ng pagkain. Promise po." Cuneta ended her message with a strong endorsement, urging voters to support Pangilinan. "Ito po, si Kiko Pangilina na po. Number one sa akin, number 51 po sa balota," she said.
