Wow! Ukraine Ambassador Chalyi, who participated in peace talks with Russia in Spring 2022, states that "we concluded" "Istanbul Communique" & "were very close in... April to finalize our war with some peaceful settlement" & that Putin "tried everything possible to conclude agreement with Ukraine." He says that it was Putin's "personal decision to accept the text of this communique." Such peace deal framework to end war was also confirmed by head of Ukrainian delegation, officials close to Zelensky, ex-Israeli PM, ex-German chancellor, Putin, Turkish FM, former US officials & Arestovych. First five stated that deal was blocked by US/UK. Thank you kvk for alerting me about this.

Wow! Nuland basically admits that Ukraine-Russia peace deal, which was close to being finalized in spring 2022, “fell apart” because US, UK & other Western governments “advised” Zelensky government that it was not “good deal” even though even members of Ukrainian delegation stated in recent interviews that this was very good deal, best deal that Ukraine could get & “very real compromise” & that Ukrainian delegation celebrated it with champagne. She basically confirms statements by ex-Israeli PM, head of Ukrainian delegation, Ukrainian officials close to Zelensky, ex-German chancellor & Turkish FM that US & UK blocked this peace deal, which was close to being finalized. Victoria Nuland does not mention at all Russian war crimes in Bucha, which were inflated & mispresented by politicians, media & self-proclaimed experts as reason for ending peace talks. The peace deal agreement included withdrawal of Russian forces from all territory of Ukraine, with exceptions of Donbas & Crimea, whose status was to be determined at meeting of Putin & Zelensky, in exchange for neutral status & demilitarization of Ukraine.

Forced mobilization in Dnipro in native region of Zelensky in Ukraine. Daily number of such videos of forced mobilization in different regions of Ukraine increased significantly after his new mobilization law came into effect two weeks ago. Those who want to fight to the last Ukrainian do not volunteer to fight themselves.

Press gangsters snatch & beat man in his home in my native Volyn Region in Ukraine. He s in coma. This & other such videos of forced mobilization are posted by local Telegram channel that tracks locations of press gangs in order to warn men. Umland labels them Russian propaganda.

Verdict acquitted ex-head of Khmelnytskyi SBU & SBU Alfa officer for shooting of these Maidan activists because of lack of evidence and because of such evidence of false flag shooting. The verdict cites various eyewitnesses who testified that several Maidan activists broke into veranda (extension) of SBU building, that gunshots at Maidan activists came from this veranda when it was occupied by "radical" Maidan activists & that accused SBU officers did not make these gunshots. The verdict states that investigation after it was transferred to the same special department of Prosecutor General Office that investigated Maidan massacre "was not conducted fully and comprehensively, and was also obviously biased" and "committed a number of significant violations of the requirements of the Criminal Code, as well as the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, which entailed the recognition of evidence as inadmissible." Relevant parts of verdict: (automatic translation): - Security Service of Ukraine "commission, based on the results of an official investigation involving specialists in firearms and tactical and special training of the CSO "A" of the SBU, concluded that "the burst of shots from automatic weapons that rang out on February 19, 2014 at 12:36 p.m. and as a result of which some civilians who were near the administrative building were injured, was fired from the vestibule of the central entrance of the Department, where at that time unidentified individuals from among the aggressive protesters were located"; - expert's conclusion based on the results of the ballistic examination of weapon traces, gunshot traces and situational circumstances of the shot under No. 5935/5936/16-33 dated 01.07.2016, from which it follows that: 1. According to the results of the investigative experiment dated 12.04.2016, 18.03.2016 and 25.02.2016, it can be concluded that under the known circumstances and materials of the criminal proceedings, it was not possible to fire shots into the lower right static sash of the glass extension to the central entrance to the department, nor from the second floor of the administrative building, nor from the steps between the first and second floors of the Department. 2. The shots were fired from the middle of the glass extension of the central entrance of the Department of the Security Service of Ukraine in Khmelnytskyi region, outside. 3. The shots were fired from inside the glass extension of the central entrance of the Security Service of Ukraine in Khmelnytskyi region, to the outside; the weapon, at the time of the shots, was behind the back of the victim PERSON_131, at the level (or below) of the belt; - expert opinion based on the results of the forensic examination of the video recording dated 12.08.2016 No. 10358/10359/16-35, from which it follows that... according to their general and individual acoustic parameters, the experimental shots fired in the extension of the USBU administrative building in Khmelnytskyi region correspond to the shots of the second stage (out of eight shots) recorded in the studied video recordings; - protocols of investigative experiments with the participation of PERSON_22 [accused SBU Alfa officer] as a witness dated 09.03.2016, conducted by the previous pre-trial investigation body, from which it follows that from the place where PERSON_22 was on the 2nd floor, it was not possible to fire shots at the lower part of the door of the central entrance of the office covered by an anti-vandal roller shutter. Under such circumstances, the court finds the information from the aforementioned investigative experiments and expert conclusions not refuted. On the morning of February 19, 2014, Colonel PERSON_21 was informed by the head of the USBU in the Ternopil region, Colonel PERSON_141, about the movement to the city of Khmelnytskyi of a group of radical individuals numbering about 80 people, whose goal was to organize the seizure of the USBU building in the Khmelnytskyi region and gain access to the storage areas of weapons and ammunition. This information was confirmed by the ZND department of the USBU, in addition, it was established that in the courtyards of residential buildings located near the administrative building of the Department, radical individuals who arrived from the western regions of Ukraine were preparing for future active actions, in particular, filling glass bottles with an incendiary mixture. Taking into account the available information, the leadership of the USBU concluded that radically minded protesters were preparing to implement a planned scenario of seizing the building of the Department, as happened on February 18, 2014 in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Ternopil regions. Under such circumstances, the defense's claim, with reference to the evidence presented, regarding the possibility of causing bodily harm to the victim on February 19, 2014, at 12:36 p.m., near the USBU in Khmelnytskyi region by third parties is not excluded, which in turn makes it impossible for the court to make a decision beyond reasonable doubt on the involvement and guilt of PERSON_22 in the charges brought. Taking into account the above, the court comes to the firm conviction that the conclusions of the pre-trial investigation body on the guilt of PERSON_21 [Khmelnytsky SBU head] and PERSON_22 [SBU Alfa officer] in the presented accusation were based mainly on assumptions not confirmed properly by admissible, reliable and sufficient evidence. Belgian, British, German, Ukrainian & US TV & other videos show luring & shooting of Maidan activists & BBC journalists by snipers in Hotel Ukraina & other Maidan-controlled buildings. But investigation in Ukraine, media & self-proclaimed experts still deny this. ICTV & BBC videos show shooting of Maidan protesters & BBC journalists by snipers in Hotel Ukraina room of Svoboda deputy. Unbroadcast segments of Belgian TV video show luring of Maidan activists to site of their massacre, bullet from the Hotel Ukraina hitting tree & narrowly missing this group of Maidan protesters, who shouted about snipers in this hotel. This video segment was shown at the Maidan massacre trial but never broadcast. Wow! As I predicted, Trump envoy Steve Witkoff says that Spring 2022 Istanbul agreement, which was "very close to signing," can be "guidepost" of peace deal to end war in Ukraine. Istanbul peace deal included no NATO accession/neutrality & disarmament of Ukraine. Annexation of Donbas & Kherson & Zaporizhzia regions by Russia are also likely to be part of new peace deal. So many lives of Ukrainians could have been saved if US & UK did not block this peace deal in Spring 2022 & Zelensky signed it.

In his Tucker Carlson interview, Oliver Stone says that evidence heavily points to neo-fascists who shot Maidan protesters from rooftops & that this massacre led to Western-backed overthrow of Ukrainian government. My scholarly studies show such overwhelming evidence of far-right involvement in false-flag Maidan massacre of protesters & police, including videos of Right Sector & Svoboda-linked Maidan snipers, confessions by 14 self-admitted Maidan snipers, testimonies of absolute majority of wounded Maidan activists & several hundred witnesses, forensic ballistic & medical examinations by government experts & even de facto admission in Maidan massacre trial verdict in Ukraine that many Maidan protesters were shot from Maidan-controlled Hotel Ukraina.

They knew all along about false flag Maidan massacre: Deputy head of Zelensky Office of President of Ukraine told Western ambassadors on February 19, 2014 that Maidan protesters were shot in the back by other Maidan activists & police did not shoot them. Nobody is convicted for killings of 27 Maidan protesters & 12 policemen and Internal Troops servicemen on Maidan on February 18-19, 2014. Tatarov, who then was deputy head of investigative department of Ministry of Internal Affairs, was first to publicly refer to false flag Maidan massacre one day before 49 Maidan activists & 4 police officers were killed in false flag mass killing. Oleh Tatarov, who then was the deputy head of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was the first to publicly refer to the false flag Maidan massacre one day before 49 Maidan activists and 4 police officers were killed in the false flag mass killing. My open access book "The Maidan Massacre in Ukraine: The Mass Killing That Changed the World" and four peer-reviewed journal articles show overwhelming evidence that the Maidan massacre was a false flag mass killing of Maidan activists and police with involvement of far-right and oligarchic elements of the Maidan opposition in order to overthrow the Ukrainian government. A member of the Maidan leadership from the Fatherland party was filmed on February 18, 2014, evacuating a car with a hunting rifle, equipped with a silencer and optics, of a Maidan activist, who was stopped by other Maidan activists. A person who helped in the evacuation became an aide to one of leading members of Fatherland, who became the Minister of Internal Affairs after Euromaidan, and whose ministry was involved in investigations of killings of the protestors and the police on the Maidan. Three protesters were killed and up to 33 wounded with hunting pellets in the same area around the same time. The Ukrainian investigation did not identify any suspects in killings of 12 protesters during a storming of the Maidan by the police in the evening of February 18 and around midnight. The GPU, the special parliamentary commission, a media report based on the GPU investigation, and other evidence reported that about half of them were killed by pellets or hunting bullets. Maidan activists armed with hunting firearms, in particular, from the far-right Right Sector and Svoboda-linked Maidan company, were filmed by various media and social media. They also were reported by numerous eyewitnesses, primarily, Maidan protesters. There has been no investigations of involvements of groups of Maidan snipers in Hotel Ukraina and the Trade Union building and other nearby buildings for killings of these protesters in spite of various such evidence and in spite of similar killings of the police around the same time and place, in particular, by hunting pellets and bullets. For instance, a Hotel Ukraina employee said that he witnessed a group of snipers in Maidan style uniforms and with weapons in cases entering the hotel shortly before the massacre started on February 18. A Fatherland deputy said that he witnessed protesters killed near him on the Maidan by shooters from the Hotel Ukraina and Kozatsky Hotel on the same day. Kyiv court rulings specifically refer to two Right Sector activists, who were wounded during a Right Sector attack of a separatist checkpoint in Sloviansk on April 20, 2014 and many other Right Sector members as suspects in GPU investigation in killings and wounding the police on the Maidan. The court decisions stated that the weapons used by the wounded checkpoint attackers were the same weapons from which two Internal Troops servicemen were killed and three other policemen wounded on the Maidan on February 18, 2014. There is also evidence that there were armed Maidan shooters linked to the oligarchic Fatherland Party. A top person in the security of the Fatherland party admitted in the Ukrainian media shooting the police on the Maidan. The Ukrainian media reported five years afterwards that Kyiv prosecutors found that killers of two traffic policemen in Kyiv on February 19 were among Maidan snipers. These killers received phone calls from prominent female and male parliament deputies from one of the oligarchic Maidan parties after killing these policemen during a traffic stop. The investigation after these findings was transferred to the police and completely stalled. The two killed policemen were included in the “Heavenly Hundred” of killed Maidan protesters, and their killing was publicly attributed to pro-Yanukovych government titushki.

Yet another video of forced conscription in my native Lutsk in Western Ukraine. Numbers of such videos & violence during forced conscription increased significantly recently. Propaganda peddlers of war to last Ukrainian ignore this or falsely claim that videos are Russian fakes.

Hundreds of people try to release some 100 men who were snatched & locked by press gangs in stadium in Vinnytsia. Police tries to detain & disperse them. Western media won't report this, in contrast to massive coverage of NABU protests in Ukraine.

Kolomoisky, ex patron of Zelensky, calls him Napoleon & says that "Napoleon will soon be gone." He suggests that Zelensky was involved in large-scale corruption by Mindich & other his associates, who are charged with large scale corruption. Zelensky played comedic role of Napoleon. Kolomoisky was also charged with large scale corruption.

Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is beggar who takes money & does not pay them back. He said that Ukraine takes loans like "actress from German adult film," who is "ready to accept in any quantity, from any side." He said this during concert in Jurmala in Latvia before becoming president & casting himself as savior of Ukraine.
