Posted a tweet that buses weren’t stopping at the bus bay and were blocking the road instead. Today there’s a person deployed just to make sure every bus pulls into the bay properly. He’s even asking autos parked in the bay to move and making space for buses and passengers. Credit where it’s due, despite all the complaints we have, MTC Chennai actually acted on it.
