I would like to help. If anyone has verified contact information for this family or knows a trusted local leader who can connect me to them NBS Television This story has broken my heart. 💔 A 17-year-old girl should not have to spend her days tied to a tree, but before we judge this father, let us understand the pain behind this story. Here is a man trying to care for a child with a mental disability, rejected by his wife, unable to afford the help his daughter needs, and desperately asking for support. This is not just a family crisis. It is a reminder of how far we still have to go in supporting mental health, disability care, and struggling caregivers in our communities. Let us pray for Nakaisa. Let us pray for her father. And let us ask ourselves what we can do to help instead of simply looking away. No child deserves this. No parent should have to carry such a burden alone. 🙏🏾❤️

Imagine thinking “you’re old” is an insult. I am 40 years old, and I thank God for every single year. Those years gave me lessons, wisdom, growth, healing, and experiences that many people spend a lifetime looking for. Good morning Beloved 🤎 CAN TWO WALK TOGETHER UNLESS THEY AGREE? — AMOS 3:3

James Churchill Sentamu isn’t just a Guild President he’s a symbol of Uganda’s rising generation of bold thinkers and doers. In his recent interview, he reminded us that leadership doesn’t begin in Parliament it begins in the hearts of those who dare to dream. “I’m just a normal kid with wild dreams,” he said. But what he’s building is far from ordinary. He spoke truth about the generational gap in politics, about young people feeling shut out by outdated systems, and why more youth are now standing up to claim space in decision-making. Churchill’s voice is refreshing, unapologetic, and rooted in purpose. He’s not afraid to lead in uncomfortable spaces, and that’s exactly the kind of leadership our country needs. Uganda, are you listening? The future isn’t coming. It’s already here. Go watch full video Switch Africa 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Makerere University

My Testimony ‼️‼️ Watch till the End 😭😭😭😭😭 Five years ago, I walked away from the world and chose to put the cross before me. I gave my life to Christ. Before that, my life was very different. I was a cocaine addict. I struggled with drugs and alcohol. I lived a life that led me to ruin a 12-year marriage. But today my story is different. God has restored my life. He has taken all the broken pieces and put them back together. And I stand here today as a woman who knows that God is not finished with me yet. He is still molding me. He is still transforming me. And all I can say is this: it can only be God. Anyone who has struggled with addiction knows how hard it is to walk away. Many people go to rehab again and again, and years later they fall back into the same place. Recovery is not easy. Doctors help us, and they are a blessing. But the kind of freedom that completely breaks chains… that kind of saving power comes from God. So if you are in a dark place today, I want you to hear this: God is for you, not against you. No matter how broken your past looks, God can restore your life and write a new story. ⸻ 📖 Psalm 40:2 “He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.” Follow @houseofmercyintl 🙏🏾

This is bigger than just one exam. It’s about justice. It’s about our girls and boys ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Precious Waldah is not just another student she is a fighter. At only 17, she was harassed, bullied, and deliberately sabotaged during her UNEB exams by a teacher at Kampala High School. Her only “mistake”? Saying no. Speaking up. Surviving. What started as sexual harassment turned into psychological torture, academic sabotage, and systemic neglect. She cried for help. She wrote to KCCA, Ministry of Education, UNEB and all she got in return was silence and an “X” on her ICT paper. Later a “D,” but still, no justice. This isn’t just about one girl. This happens every day in Ugandan schools. Girls and Boys are silenced. Teachers abuse power. Headteachers ignore. And we wonder why our daughters and Sons are scared to dream? We are demanding: •A full investigation into what happened to Precious •Accountability from Kampala High School •Protection for all students from predators in classrooms •Justice, not just grades To the Ministry of Education, UNEB, and all who claim to protect learners — DO SOMETHING. Uganda National Examinations Board Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) UN Human Rights @BalaamAteenyiDr Ministry of Education and Sports - Uganda Parliament of Uganda Precious deserves to continue her education without fear. She deserves her future back. And so do thousands of other girls and boys still in silence. We will not stop until justice speaks louder than shame. #JusticeForPrecious #ProtectOurGirls #ReformEducationUG #StopSchoolAbuse #GirlsDeserveBetter
