After 10 years, a whole decade of adulthood -my New York City chapter is closing. I arrived here from Boston with wide eyes, big dreams, and maybe a little too much hope packed into one suitcase. And somehow... this city delivered. Dreams I didn't even know I had came true. I was signed to a major international agency as a plus-size model ...something young me & teenage me never would've believed possible. I walked sets, shot major advertising campaigns such as American eagle, puma etc, saw my face in places I used to only scroll past. That alone still feels like a fever dream. But more than the bookings, the lights, the runways ....it was the people. Friends who became family. Late-night talks on fire escapes, rooftop birthdays, subway therapy sessions, random 3 a.m. pizza runs that turned into lifelong memories. You know who you are. You made every hard day worth it. Most importantly, New York cracked me open and let me meet myself ... the real me, underneath all the noise and expectations. The version who finally stopped apologizing for taking up space. Who learned how to stand tall, speak up, love deeper, and trust her own instincts. This city taught me who I am at my core, and that lesson is permanent. NYC will always live inside me :) in the rhythm of my walk, the way I love too loudly, the part of me that still believes anything is possible if you just keep showing up. But for now... it's time to go. Time to listen for the next chapter, the next place that feels like home. Thank you, New York. You changed me forever.
