Over the past 18 months, I’ve started putting a bit of money into gold coins, and I’ve been using Woodbury Gold Vault. They’ve really looked after me over the past year, and I’ve slowly built up a nice little collection. For me, it’s something I’m putting away for the future—and hopefully, one day, I’ll be able to leave it to my children. ❤️ Now that me and Woodbury are working together, I wanted to show you lovely lot what I’ve been doing and why I personally like owning physical gold. UK gold coins are exempt from Capital Gains Tax, although obviously always do your own research. Interested in owning physical gold? Click the link below to get your free brochure. BOSH ❤️

Good morning and happy Wednesday you lovely lovely people! I’m having one of favourite breakfasts in Dinos Cafe today. Spicy Korean noodles, chicken breasts & poached eggs with loads of Tabasco. And you know me, I never look when I pour! It’s time to believe in yourself today, you can achieve anything in life. If you can change your mind. You can change your mindset. Don’t go home until you’re proud. Have a great day. Bosh❤️

Happy Fathers Day! Baby Number 4 still hasn’t arrived and is now overdue! But fingers crossed they come today on Father’s Day! Sending love to all the dads out there and the ones stepping up aswell you are all legends! Got a big old chicken and a top side of beef and I must be mad cooking in 30° heat but hopefully the air con unit I’ve bought for Sinéad arrives soon to make this birth a little bit cooler for her! I’ll post a picture later today of the finished product. Love you all. Bosh❤️

Absolutely gutted that I wasn’t able to get to fight on the next misfits card. However I know my good friend James Collins will do an amazing job⚒️ Whatever you say about this boxing, it takes a lot of courage to get into that ring. And brings money to local boxing gyms and new fans to the sport. They said that they want me on a future card. So let’s see what happens. If it does, I will be donating my fee I get paid towards the fabulous SNAP Charity, that I always try to support and of course local boxing gyms to me. They do pay very well for these fights, so can hopefully my fee can help a lot of families and kids trying to get into boxing😃👍 Anyway until then, good luck to all the fighters and I’ll keep myself ready for a fight by eating curry for breakfast down Dinos, drinking a few beers on a Friday and keep using my kids as dumbbells. Lots of love. Goodnight Bosh❤️

Happy Saturday you lovely people! Tonight my Strictly Come Dancing Journey starts on the tele! Good morning you lovely people. Happy Saturday. Hope you are all doing well! Been in my warehouse since early today got loads to get sorted before I watch West Ham play Millwall. Gutted I’m not there today, but I know lots of people going, enjoy the game and get home safe to your families. Now you might have seen the misfits card, said yes to it yesterday. I’m going up against BIG STACKS - I like him, gets a lot of stick online but he is out there nicking a few quid and that’s what it’s all about! Don’t think he’s got much to worry about, I smoke 40 fags a day, eat curry for breakfast and I’m not gonna have time to get into the gym as it’s only 3 weeks away. But I can use the money misfits are paying me to support my local charity that I always support, give some money to my local boxing gym to help the next lot of young fighters and take the family to Dubai to see our friends who moved out there a couple of months ago. I’ve got a live show on my whatnot page today at 10am selling some lovely jewellery so if your about, pop on whatnot at 10am and see the deals me at Boshmarket will be doing. Chuffed with my lovely new forklift. Hope you all have a wonderful day and your nice a busy. Over and out. Bosh❤️
