1. Leigh Diffey is Australian. 2. He's legitimately one of the best broadcasters in the world and can make paint drying exciting with his calls. 3. He is extremely knowledgeable in not not only NASCAR, but in multiple motorsports and is one of the best assets (if not THE best) NBC has for their Cup Series broadcasts. If you don't think his call of the 2024 Coke Zero 400 made this moment 10 times better, I honestly don't know what to tell you.

10 year old me (who's a big Steve Park fan), couldn't watch this race live since it ended on a Monday, so I spent all day at school wondering what happened. My mom was home taping the race for me so I could watch it when I got home. The bus pulled up to my stop and I saw my mom out of the window waiting for me. She saw me on the bus and mouthed "he won!" and I bolted off of the bus, threw the tape in the VCR and watched the whole race back as if it were happening live. Lots of happy tears were shed that day. This race is easily my favorite of all time, and one I'll remember for the rest of my life.
