He drove recklessly while attempting to evade arrest and then resisted our officers once they stopped him. Officers even walked away from her vehicle, thinking she was going to leave the scene. Instead, she remained at the location, continued to impede our officers, and found out the hard way. 18 U.S.C. § 111 criminalizes impeding or interfering with federal officers.

Djemplsy is held at a jail in Branch County on a homicide charge. He was wanted in connection with the murders of three elderly men in Puna in a matter of two days. 🚨ICE Homeland Security Investigations special agents assisted with the extensive, multi-agency manhunt. 🔎This investigation is ongoing and local police have asked anyone with information to call the department’s non-emergency number at 808-935-3311.
