Stop targeting Kiara Advani by calling her shame on you Mrs Malhotra for Tabaahi in Toxic. There is a highly sensuous and beautiful song Bheegi Saree in Param Sundari featuring Sidharth Malhotra and Janhvi Kapoor but no one will pass value judgements on Sidharth by calling him names because of his marital status. This hypocrisy is stupidity!! I think Kiara is holding herself back in Tabaahi in her physical expression of love towards Yash and hasnt been as expressive as Kabir Singh. Maybe she was being conscious because of fear of being judged. I saw a classic film Scarface recently since I am reading Al Pacino's autobiography. Many Bollywood films have blatantly copied this film but they have not copied the uninhibited manner in which Tony Montana uses the F word or cuss words. Mirzapur the film trailer lacks the punch that Mirzapur season 1 and 2 had because it did not hold anything back. Why why why??? What are your views???

Munawar Faruqui's Dhandho destroys Samay Raina's Still Alive. munawar faruqui Munawar Faruqui's Dhandho is an absolutely riveting experience—almost two hours of consistently engaging entertainment. At the same time, it is a deeply moving account of what he went through after being arrested and spending 37 days in jail over a joke he never even made. Samay Raina's Still Alive, on the other hand, revolves around the period when the India's Got Latent controversy led to multiple FIRs and intense media scrutiny. He was in North America during much of that time. I personally attended his Vancouver show, where the audience loved him and he had a fantastic evening. Once he returned to India, he apologized, and things eventually settled down. Munawar's journey was very different. The things he says he experienced inside jail were disturbing and must have been mentally exhausting. The fact that he can joke about those experiences today speaks volumes about his resilience and inner strength. I admire Samay Raina, but for me, Munawar Faruqui is the bigger artist. When I met him recently for a podcast in Mumbai, he was accompanied by security. Having to live with threats simply because you're a stand-up comedian cannot be easy. His journey is still far from simple. These are my views. What are yours? Do you agree or disagree? Share your thoughts in the comments. #analysethiswithfaridoonshahryar

Scared Aamir Khan needs to learn a thing or two about courage from the wonderful Naseeruddin Shah sahab. Why does Aamir Khan feel the need to clarify his wife's religion or whom his sisters married? Why respond to people who thrive on outrage and fleeting attention? In my view, such clarifications only give unnecessary importance to voices that don't deserve it. This is the same Aamir Khan who built his reputation on conviction, stood by his choices, and fought for his self-respect throughout his career. So why does he now appear to be explaining himself to insignificant critics? Aamir did one film at a time when other heroes were doing 25 films. He set the ground for others. On the other hand, there is Naseeruddin Shah sahab—an actor whose body of work speaks for itself. Whether it's his portrayal of JRD Tata in Made In India a Titan story. He defines what patriotism is all about. Main Vaapis Aaonga is an Oscar winning performance. He has delivered countless unforgettable performances over the decades, he has consistently expressed his beliefs without fear. That fearlessness, as much as his acting, will be remembered by history. With 1947 (earlier titled Lahore 1947), produced by Aamir Khan and based on a play by Avtar Bajaj sahab, I'm personally not convinced by the communication strategy around the film. It feels as though Aamir has been sanitizing his public messaging far more than before, and I genuinely wonder why. What do you think? Do you agree, disagree, or see it differently? Unki language par command, timing aur wit genuinely outstanding hai. Ek waqt tha jab Kapil Sharma ke show mein bhi current affairs par sharp observations aur topical humour hota tha—fuel prices ho ya pyaaz ke daam, har mudde par ek take hota tha. Aaj kal format kaafi sanitized lagta hai. Shekhar Suman, on the other hand, is taking chances, enjoying himself and going the whole distance. Itna lamba safar tay karne ke baad bhi ek host ke taur par audience ki curiosity ko sustain karna aasaan nahi hota. Shekhar Suman is simply sensational. Kya aap agree karte hain ki Shekhar Suman ne Kapil Sharma ko hosting aur monologue ke maamle mein pichhe chhod diya hai? Apni rai zaroor batayein.

Ranveer Singh's ban is very serious and it should not be taken lightly. The perception as of now is in the favour of Excel Entertainment as they have been able to put across their point of view clearly. The fact that various food chains within the film industry have been asked not to work with Ranveer is bad news for him as it is being perceived that his decision to back out of Don 3 at the last minute impacted the livelihood of many people involved with the film. In the past the ban on Sajid Khan in the Me Too movement was followed by the entire industry simce the perception was not in favour of Sajid. Ranveer ought to sit across the table with Farhan and Riteish and try and sort it out amicably. What are your views?

When I asked Shehnaaz Gill about her manager Kaushal Joshi (who is also the producer of Ikk Kudi), Shehnaaz welled up and ended up crying. I later came to know that apparently the two have parted ways. I don't interfere in anyone's personal or professional life. I had no idea what the dynamics are and I wish all the best to both. I was surprised to see some media reports (highly respected ones), who equated her crying with Siddharth Shukla. It is highly irresponsible to do such baseless reporting when it is clearly mentioned as to what really happened. I hope this settles this matter once and for all.

Stop harassing Tanya Mittal Stop targeting Tanya Mittal. She’s a simple girl. The way things are being written about her, the way she is constantly being targeted, and the manner in which she is perpetually under the scanner is simply not right. For the record, I have not interacted with Tanya Mittal since the podcast we did together in Mumbai. I am aware that a lot of things have been said about me and the podcast as well. I have chosen not to react because, quite frankly, I find much of it unnecessary and not worthy of a response. My personal experience with Tanya was extremely positive. I found her to be genuine, sincere, and straightforward. Perhaps she may not know all the intricacies of the industry, but that does not make her deserving of the constant criticism and scrutiny that comes her way. Sometimes, a little compassion goes a long way. Before rushing to judge someone, it may be worthwhile to remember that there is a human being on the other side of the screen. What is your opinion on this? Let me know in the comments.

It has rarely happened that someone overshadows Sunil Grover but Samay Raina has done the unthinkable In the latest episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, Samay was in great form. Even though Sunil was very good but Samay was in a different zone altogether Your thoughts ????

I have received over 25000 DMs in the last two days for Toh Phir Aao, said an emotional @mustafazahids in a truly memorable podcast with me as he revisited the time when he composed Toh Phir Aao at the age of 19. He had recorded the song for Awarapan in a Mumbai studio where he requested the lights to be switched off to get into the zone. A classic was born. Mustafa thanked Mahesh Bhatt sahab Mukesh Bhatt sahab, Mohit D Suri for believing in him. Does he miss being part of Awaraapan 2 soundtrack? What does he have to say to Amaal Mallik who wrote a heartfelt note? This podcast will be an eye opener and a musical fest!!! Coming soon on @faridoonshahryar youtube channel

Before 'The Accidental Prime Minister' in a freewheeling conversation with me, Akshaye Khanna spoke about how people get offended when films are made on certain subjects. Akshaye played Sanjay Baru in the film, the chief media manager of Mr Manmohan Singh sahab during his first term as PM.

Ek Din as expected is a huge disaster. Aamir Khan ko hua kya hai? How is he green lighting films like these? Someone who has always been very quality conscious seems to have lost the plot. From the first promo itself, Ek Din was very cold. Aamir was known for his genius marketing strategies. Crying and being apologetic all the time....when did these become marketing strategies of a highly self respecting man? Beats me.... Your thoughts???

Samay Raina has completely outclassed Alia Bhatt in the inaugural episode of India's Got Latent Season 2. The debate has started. Approaching creators for film promotions is no longer a choice for many stars and filmmakers—it has become a necessity. The attention economy has changed, and the balance of power is shifting. Take India's Got Latent Season 2. The show has created such unprecedented buzz that it has found a home on both Netflix and YouTube simultaneously. That's a historic achievement and a reflection of how powerful creator-led content has become. On the other hand, despite the scale and ambition behind Alpha, the response to the communication so far has been mixed. I've personally experienced trolling while discussing the film. Some may argue that a section of it is paid trolling, but it would be unfair to ignore the genuine criticism that also exists. Even when we look at stars like Ranveer Singh and Ranbir Kapoor, both Dhurandar and Animal have come when directors extracted something exceptional from them. Great filmmaking still matter! Great storytelling still matters. The larger question is: what do stars need to do to get their sheen back? Should they become more accessible? Should they engage audiences beyond film releases? Should they embrace creators rather than merely use them for promotions? What are your thoughts? Has the creator economy permanently changed the hierarchy of entertainment?

Abhijeet Bhattacharya sahab is right in slamming Chunari Chinari remake and I will tell you why Dhurandhar has set a very high benchmark when it comes to song Recreations. Great production values and unique zing is crucial which is missing in Chunari Chunari Recently Sunil Grover impersonated Kadar Khan sahab in Kapil Sharma show. The reason why it was loved by one and all is that Sunil added a unique flavor that literally transported you in the Kadar sahab era. Song remakes is an art form but it deserves a unique approach as is exemplified in the West Your thoughts???

.Farrhana Bhatt you are an entertainer and you have an excellent future ahead of you. I have had the good fortune to have conducted two podcasts with you and giu have been very candid about your life journey. You've spoken about your fears, your deep bond with your mother, and the impact that your parents' relationship has had on your outlook towards marriage. It takes courage to open up about personal struggles, and I genuinely hope that with time, healing and happiness become a bigger part of your journey. You are ambitious, talented, articulate, and have a strong screen presence. I believe you should continue to focus on your entertainment career because you have tremendous potential and a very bright future ahead of you. You also express your views on social and political issues from time to time, which is your right. However, my personal feeling is that your greatest strength lies in your work as an entertainer. History has shown that when artists try to balance entertainment and politics simultaneously, public perceptions can sometimes become mixed. Your talent deserves complete attention and focus. Wishing you success, happiness, and many milestones ahead. Keep growing, keep entertaining, and keep believing in yourself.
