ANOTHER DAY TO REMIND YOU THAT CHURCH CAN BRING DEVELOPMENT! This is what Evangelist Ebuka Obi has built in Ngor Okpala, Imo State….All the rooms in these apartments and the hotel are fully booked, yet you still say this is not development? You are simply a pained Anumanu. 😂 Ngor Okpala is feeling the difference. 4th frame: A filling station currently under construction. Thousands of youths are working in Zion City every day…yesterday Nova Bank was present, Zenith Bank mounted an ATM gallery, different kitchens and food vendors were doing business, and traders were making serious sales. Transporters were also benefiting massively because of the Zion programmes. And mind you many more buildings are still under construction. Yet you open your mouth and say this is not development…Nna you really don’t have sense.😂 What was Ngor Okpala like before Ebuka Obi? A largely undeveloped area with poor roads and bad network coverage….Today the story is changing..and you cannot deny the economic activity that Zion has brought to the area. A gentle reminder to ndi Ngor Okpala, whenever you are enjoying the benefits of the economic activities around Zion City remember Evangelist Ebuka Obi…he made it possible Development is not only about government projects when an investment creates jobs, attracts businesses, boosts transportation, increases demand for accommodation and puts money into the hands of local people that is economic development. ZION IS HERE TO STAY!!!

SO THIS IS WHAT YOU PEOPLE HAVE REDUCED ABIA TO IN THE 21st CENTURY. Driving along Aba–Owerri Road today, Monday, 8th December 2025, I observed a disturbing sight: multiple generators lined up by the roadside, clearly deployed to power the much-celebrated Christmas light installation sponsored by Amstel Malt. This same project was launched with great pomp, featuring many government dignitaries at Brass Junction only a few days ago. In a 21st century where progressive states are embracing sustainable solar innovations, digital infrastructure, and cost-efficient public utilities, Abia is still glorifying generator-powered street lighting. It is embarrassing that a state with enormous potential continues to romanticize mediocrity, dressing up outdated systems as achievements while others are moving boldly into the future. How can a government that claims transformation celebrate a project that drains fuel, pollutes the environment, and undermines the very idea of modern development? Why the fanfare over an execution so poor that it depends on noisy generators to power mere decorative lights? -Pen caleb
