Peter Obi today visited the Dentistry Department of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) to assess its condition firsthand. He promised to intervene and has already taken action. The department, the only accredited dental school in the South East, currently graduates just 15 students yearly. Obi's support is expected to boost full accreditation and raise the intake to 60 students per year.
