URGENT: Civilian Casualty Report – Behsud District, Afghanistan The International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) is deeply alarmed by verified reports of a devastating airstrike in Behsud District, Afghanistan. According to confirmed local sources, a Pakistani military strike targeted a civilian home, resulting in the massacre of at least 16 members of a single family. The victims—men, women, and children—range in age from a 1-year-old infant to an 80-year-old elder. Two children miraculously survived the attack, and at least one other individual was injured. This represents not just a loss of life, but the complete annihilation of a family lineage. The Victims: We publish the names of the deceased to honor their memory and to reject any attempts to erase their humanity. They are not numbers; they are human beings. 1. #Pakistan: The International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) condemns the brutal use of force by the Pakistani state against peaceful protesters. Reports of extrajudicial abductions, political victimization, and transnational repression by the authoritarian regime in Pakistan continue to attract global attention. We urge the international community to respond to the military junta supported regime in Pakistan, which has come to power through an alleged massively rigged election. The U.S. House Resolution 901 ( H.Res.901 - Expressing support for democracy and human rights in Pakistan) calls for an independent inquiry into these elections. The current violent repression of unarmed protesters in Islamabad, along with the ongoing incarceration of former Prime Minister Imran Khan—who remains the most popular leader in the country—is unjustified. Officials in the Pakistani regime who are complicit in these acts of fascism must be held accountable. We call upon the Pakistani government to respect the human rights of its citizens. Afghanistan 🇦🇫: IHRF Condemns Airstrikes in Afghanistan, Reports Civilian Casualties Last night, Pakistani military forces conducted a series of airstrikes in the Afghan provinces of Kunar, Khost, and Paktika. Preliminary verification by the International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) confirms that these strikes resulted in the deaths of at least 10 civilians and injuries to 10 others— almost all women and children. Several residential homes were also destroyed. The preliminary casualty breakdown is as follows: · Kunar Province: 6 civilians injured. · Paktika Province: 1 civilian injured. · Khost Province: 10 civilians killed, 3 injured. Seven of the deceased were female children. The targeting of areas with a high concentration of non-combatants, resulting in numerous civilian casualties, constitutes a grave violation of international human rights law and humanitarian principles. The IHRF calls for an immediate, transparent, and independent investigation to establish accountability and ensure justice for the victims.

Pakistan🇵🇰: International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) Condemns Pakistani Military Airstrikes Resulting in Civilian Massacres The International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) condemns in the strongest terms the recent escalation of airstrikes by the Pakistani military against civilian populations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. These actions, reportedly intended to punish entire tribes accused of insurgency, constitute a systematic campaign that has resulted in the massacre of innocent civilians, including numerous women and children. One such attack on Monday saw the Pakistani Air Force drop eight bombs on a village in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reportedly killing at least 30 civilians. IHRF declares this barbaric practice a gross violation of international humanitarian law. We demand an immediate cessation of these indiscriminate attacks and call for an independent, international inquiry to ensure full accountability for these atrocities.
