Pennsylvania has a loophole that lets certain officers walk onto private land without a warrant—as long as they say they’re checking for a fishing violation. This happened twice to one family. So we filed a federal lawsuit challenging the law which permits warrantless trespassing by 'fish cops'. Read more here:

Tracking people’s locations over time, even in public, would allow the government to learn intimate details about a person’s life—from habits to religion to health to friendships—that would otherwise be impossible to know without effectively stalking that person. But the 4th Amendment of the Constitution protects our right to be secure from unwarranted government tracking and monitoring.
