I know kudala nisithi congratulations but I’m posting again to motivate a bestie that wants to start. Intermittent fasting (16:8). No processed sugar, low carbs. I kept it at 2 meals a day, mostly chicken and vegetables. 1st meal at 1pm, last one before 8pm. Exercise, I only did those 30 minutes fast walking exercises on YouTube in the morning. Pro tip: You’re probably not hungry you’re just thirsty and you must only eat when you feel like your soul is leaving your body😭joking 😭 Don’t restrict yourself too much, you can have a snack here and there, a glass of something on the weekend. Make it more of a lifestyle than a chore and you will enjoy every minute of your journey. All the best🌸
