He neither seems to know the facts of the case nor even whether the accused, Sonam Raghuvanshi, is in jail or out on bail, yet he bursts into laughter. This is one of the reasons Indian judges receive such intense criticism on social media. SG Tushar Mehta Ji repeatedly urges the Court to appreciate the seriousness of the matter, but #Milord simply doesn't seem willing to listen.
