Having completed my Hajj, I thank Minister Kiren Rijiju and his Office of Kiren Rijiju for the excellent arrangements for Indian pilgrims this year. Accommodating over 1.7 million pilgrims from across the globe is no small feat. Kudos to the Saudi Govt and India in Jeddah Mr. Fahad Suri for making this a grand success. May Allah reward you all.

Once upon a time when I was your MP… देशातील आणि विशेषतः महाराष्ट्रातील सरकारी शाळांच्या दयनीय अवस्थेचा मुद्दा संसदेत उपस्थित करण्यात आला होता, पण सरकार पुतळे, स्मारके आणि धार्मिक कार्यक्रमांवर कोट्यवधी रुपये खर्च करण्यात व्यस्त होते. आजही नाशिक कुंभमेळ्यासाठी केंद्र आणि राज्य सरकार मिळून २५,०५५ कोटी रुपये खर्च करणार आहेत! कल्पना करा, जर ही रक्कम ग्रामीण भागातील शाळा आणि महाविद्यालयांवर खर्च केली असती तर. माझ्या छत्रपती संभाजीनगर (औरंगाबाद) मध्ये अधिकाऱ्यांनी कबूल केले आहे की, एकट्या जिल्ह्यातच ३३० शाळा अशा आहेत ज्यांना पत्र्याचे शेड आहेत! तसे, जे लोक या पोस्टवर नकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया देतील, त्यांना हेही माहित असले पाहिजे की आम्ही हजसाठीच्या सरकारी अनुदानालाही विरोध केला होता. आम्हाला फक्त माहित आहे... पढेगा इंडिया तो बढेगा इंडिया. This issue of dilapidated condition of government schools in the country and specially in Maharashtra was raised in the Parliament but the government was busy in spending crores on statues, memorials and religious events. Even today for the Nashik Kumbh mela the centre and state together Will be spending 25,055 crore! Imagine if this amount is spent on schools and colleges in rural areas. In my Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) officials admitted that there are 330 schools in the district alone which have tin sheds! By the way people who Will be commenting negative on this post should also know that we had opposed government subsidy for Haj also. We only know… Padhega India to badhega India.

हम सिर्फ मूकदर्शक नहीं बने रह सकते। अब समय आ गया है कि हम, सभी धर्मनिरपेक्ष भारतीयों को इन ताकतों को हराने के लिए एक साथ आना चाहिए। इन लोगों के बीच कितना ज़हर फैल गया है और वे किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति के साथ ऐसा करने के बारे में कैसे सोच सकते हैं जो शायद उनके दादा की उम्र का है। बहुत हो गया ज्ञापन देना और सोशल मीडिया पर अपना गुस्सा जाहिर करना। अगर सरकार और पुलिस आंखें मूंद रही है तो एक समुदाय के तौर पर हमें खड़े होकर इन ताकतों का मुकाबला करने की जरूरत है। यह अब एक सामान्य चलन बन गया है और हम भारतीय कुछ नहीं कर रहे हैं। We just can’t be mute spectators. It’s high time we, all secular Indians should come together to defeat these forces. How so much poison has spread among these men and how could they even think of doing such a thing to somebody who maybe their grandfathers age. Enough of giving memorandums and expressing our anger on social media. If govt and police is turning a blind eye then we as a community need to stand and counter these forces. When poor people take to the street to get back their lifelong savings looted by directors, chairman and staff of cooperative department. Over 60,000 depositors lost over Rs 200 crore. A morcha was organised at the venue of Maharashtra govt’s cabinet meeting and police did everything to stop them. But we were firm.

A BJP leader who came to distribute money at Ambedkar Nagar, a slum area in Aurangabad was surrounded by women for their 500 rupee note.! And all this as advance to cast their vote in favour of BJP minister Mr Atul Save. And these are visuals from just one area. What more evidence do you need Election Commission of India. The election in this constituency has been unfair. stern action should be taken against Atul Save and his goons.

At around 4 am, while returning from Mumbai to Aurangabad, we spotted a Scorpio engulfed in flames. The fire was intense. We immediately contacted the helpline and a fire brigade unit reached the spot within minutes. Fortunately, the driver was the sole occupant and managed to escape moments before the vehicle was completely engulfed. The vehicle was en route from Nashik to Kolkata when it caught fire just 8 kms before the Aurangabad exit.

One more down.! So called secular leaders and parties again silent. This is the new India where goons can conveniently destroy a Masjid and police will remain mute spectator. This was in Kolhapur, Maharashtra where the goons not only damaged a mosque but even beat up Muslim women and children by forcibly entering their houses. And yes the MPs who got elected recently with big support from Muslim votes they all have gone into hiding.!
